Interferences between languages are very common in migratory processes. This is the case of the Romanian immigration process in Spain, specifically in the city of Castellon, from the late 90s to today. We can find in our language lessons a lot of orthographic mistakes made by our Romanian students. One of these errors is located when they use the verbal tense. The methodology used to submit this article is based on the textual types in its different variants: formal and informal letters, narratives, descriptions argumentative and explanatory texts, among others. We have represented some of the original texts to support our research.

The formal and informal education has a significant impact on human capital accumulation, which is strongly influencing the growth and development of a country. While the formal education is acquired especially through the learning system, the informal one is correlated to the professional ex-perience at the workplace, both of them being considered a long-term investment. Because the educational effort is indirectly related to the preference rate in time and directly related to the school efficiency, people have to rationally choose between the time spent working and the period spent with education, giving up on one of these activities. Yet, there is an alternative that reduces the necessity of the substitution through the factor time and which leads to an endogenous knowledge accumulation, into the productive act: the learning-by-doing process. Unfortunately, in Romania this is a concept very vague defined and applied, even in the case of the multinational corporations’ subsidies.

The Serbians’ history is one of the most dramatic. The image of cnez Lazar is a very suggestive example, of what it means to receive in a certain way at the level of the collective perception, the frustrations of their own historical experiences . The result was the desire to occult, as much as possible, the dark episodes of their own becoming, these being replaced by the mechanisms of the mythical inspired argumentation.

The present paper underlines the fact that the resources allocated to education and the structure of the educational act must be correlated to the level of development of a country, at a certain moment. For Romania, the conclusions impose a reallocation of resources towards the secondary education and a reorganization of the tertiary education. The developing countries need medium skilled labor force because the emerging markets do not have the financial and technological capacity to sustain innovative fields with highly skilled workers. Romania is in this last situation. Yet, the educational system has continued producing university graduates that the economy could not absorb. Consequently, a large part of them have emigrated, looking for a proper compensation of their contribution to the production system. So, the main challenges for Romania would be to match the specializations to the market demand and to substantially reduce the public spending for the tertiary education.

Born in Moldova, raised in the world of the Romanian village, Constantin Arvinte, since childhood, loved the popular song. As a result of artistic maturity, Constantin Arvinte will collect and preserve the Romanian folklore from all parts of the country, he will work on the harmonic - polyphonic gems of the folk song, which, as a conductor, brings them to the light of the show. At the same time he creates himself melodies in folkloric character, which he ornaments choral or instrumental. He continues thereby the tradition of the composers who built the Romanian school of composition. Understanding the ideological communion between the Romanian musical folklore and the psaltic songs, Constantin Arvinte promotes, as a musical expression, the modalism in his creation. We exemplify the statements with the stylistic analysis of the work “Trecui dealu’ la Băiuț” [“I passed the hill to Băiuț”].

A large number of teachers and researchers admit that at the end of their studies, young people are not prepared for future challenges, both as individuals and as members of society. The cognitive perspective of curricular and didactic approaches is not enough to be successful and happy. Practical skills are required to manage emotions, not only to "nourish" the mind. From the perspective of new theories about the nature of emotions, if the emotional intelligence of young people is developed through social and emotional learning, it represents an enormous luggage for their personal and professional future.Studies show that Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the best predictor for future acquisitions, for success, compared to the traditional intelligence (cognitive). It is a transferable ability that allows rapid adaptation to contemporary social changes. In this context, the first step is to understand the extraordinary role of using emotions intelligently. Success in life depends on the emotional and social skills which are formed throughout formal education or, at least, which should be pursued as objectives, beyond disciplines.

Starting from the definitions of the concept of security, peace and violence, I want to highlight the main metamorphoses of the international security system. The post-Cold War period (especially since the 21st century) is a transition from a geopolitical point of view. Power, be it tough, gentle or intelligent, has always been related to the ability to wage war. New approaches in the sphere of international security present a variety of types of war (conventional, irregular, economic, energetic, cybernetic). All this leads to the change of the main security paradigm

Vocational identity is an important aspect in the development of pupils' personality. Its formation requires a long study of the professions but also the choice of an educational path correlated with the pupil's potential, preferences and abilities. In this process, the influence of the social environment, but also, the individual peculiarities, tend to outline educational options. This paper analyse the role of predisposing factors in the process of school and professional orientation of students, based on the career anchors theory elaborated by E. Schein. The main purpose for an execution of a custodial penalty is the isolation of the perpetrator from society in order to protect the citizens from his/her criminal activity as well as his/her inclusion in a process of preparation for social reintegration, upon release. Parole is an institution whose main purpose is to persuade persons undergoing custodial penalty to make every effort and interest in accumulating knowledge and acquiring skills necessary for release. In fact, parole is used as a good means to reduce the period of detention, the competent institutions not being able to monitor those released for a correct and good reintegration into society.

The rehabilitation works of the railways in the area of CFR Vințu de Jos station carried out starting with the autumn of 2014 entailed the preventive archaeological research of the objectives identified as sites in this perimeter. Based on this information, the “Site 8” (“Deasupra Satului”) was conventionally delimited between km. 428+700-429+500. Two cemeteries from the 20th century were researched here: one Reformed, another Greek Catholic. The coins found in two tombs (M1 and M17) were issued in 1924. Some tombs also retain traces of textiles, but most preserve the iron nails of the coffin. Archaeological research has allowed the re-identification of the Greek Catholic cemetery (disbanded in 1948), the capture of the foundation of a fence, but also the recovery of data on burials from that period, such as throwing money into the grave. Following the investigation, the graves were exhumed by local churches and reburied in today’s cemeteries.
