The article explores the frequency of use of specialized language resource that serve to initiate the speech interaction in colloquial speech practice. These are the forms of address and the various stereotyped labels. When initiating speech communication, the right choice of address or polite etiquette expression is essential and is a guarantee for successful dialogue in a consensual environment. The survey has a sociolinguistic character. A poll has examined the views of a large number of respondents. The questions in the survey are related to the stage of attracting the attention of the addressee and the realization of the speech itself in situations of formal and informal communication.

Having in mind the infinite requirement of the person to learn, seize, name, express the relation to all and everything, the analysis of dynamical processes in language today, interest to functioning of language mechanisms, to freedom, from which the language person has language means and «open ways» (Coseriu) language system to produce" sense, undoubtedly are actual. Necessity to address to studying of the phenomenon of potentiality in language arises recently in connection with processes of change of lexical structure of Russian and Bulgarian which owing to the dynamics cannot find so fast reflexion in dictionaries, but first of all in connection with requirements of Russian and Bulgarian teaching as foreign.

Understanding as basic precondition of cross-cultural communication: psycholinguistic and socio-cultural aspects

The author of the article analyzes cross-cultural communication from the viewpoint of social philosophy defining invariant features of cross-cultural communication based on dialogue (Mikhail Bakhtin) and dialect nature of human communication. Theoretical description of the nature of cross-cultural communication is illustrated by live examples of the cultural conflicts borrowed from the history of the Russian diplomacy. Since the consciousness has the communicative nature, whereas cross-cultural understanding is rooted in neuropsychological aspects of cognition, antinomy of “sign-symbol”, the article depicts the mechanisms of speech production and speech perception divided between the strata of consciousness and cognition.

Особенности терминологической номинации в сфере информационных технологий

The article reviews the characteristic features of terminological nomination in computer terminology that the common user in Bulgarian and Russian languages uses. The emergence of new concepts requires the search for the best means of expressing them. The article aims at describing the ways of term formation and terminological nomination regarding the sources and ways of formation in both languages. The conclusion is made that semantic derivation is the most productive way of terminological nomination in the field of computer technologies.

К вопросу о переводе обращений в романе Ивана Вазова „Под игото“

The novel „Under the Yoke“ is one of the Bulgarian literature’s masterpieces which is the most publishing book. It has been published 50 times since its issue in 80s of the 19th century. The book has been translated in many languages – Chinesе, Armenian, Albanian, Estonian, French, Serbian, Greek, Ukrainian, Spanish and Russian. The first translation into Russian is done in the late 19th century. This research is based on the novel’s translation from 1977. It focuses on the problems in translating addresses in the novel. The collected empirical material is systematized in different semantic groups serving as a base for development of several parallel translation corps. From the angle of methodology of teaching translation corps of this kind are differing high practical application in foreign language learning and translation. The article examines the selection of translation of the anthroponyms like an addresses, reverse addresses, kinship addresses, status addresses, turkish addresses, connotative addresses.
