This article deals with contents in unknown document signed by king Wladyslaw IV for butchers in Wieluń. This document contains previous regulations signed by Stanislaw Przedbora Koniecpolski in 1580. The issues fundamental to the functioning of the crafts guild were mentioned in this writing. Generally we could divide them into legal and organizational, commercial and fiscal and religious. These matters were grouped into 28 provisions. The most numerous issues concerned with organizational matters such as membership requirements and duties towards guilds. Another, multitudinous, points involved organization of trade and production. Religious and fiscal spheres were described the least although they were also relevant.

The article is focused on the problem of language multicultural education in the ethno-regional context. The content of the problem is revealed through its constituent concepts "multicultural education" and "language multicultural education". Language multicultural education in the ethno-regional context is considered as a process of acquiring knowledge about ethno-cultural diversity of the co-studied languages countries and the relationships between cultures in the modern multicultural world through polylogue of cultures. It is revealed that language multicultural education in the ethno-regional context is characterized by a number of features: polylogue of three linguocultures at the regional, state and global levels; equal polylogue of cultures, built on mutual respect of cultures involved in contact; ethno-cultural component focused on formation of a representative of a particular ethnic group and multicultural component, whose purpose is creation of a person of universal culture.

Анализ провозглашаемых в лодзинских костелах проповедей, в течении почти года, позволил заметить многочисленные языковые ошибки, среди которых выделялусь: фонетические, флективные, лексикальные, синтактические. Они рассматривались с учетом других анализов религиозного языка и разных научных трудов из области культуры польского языка. Анализ собранного материала выявил основные виды ошибокь таких как: - нарушение эстетической и иератичной функции (напр, частое применение языковых элементов свойственных публицистически-газетному и канцелярскому стилю; в фонетическом плане - реализация разговорного, вместо общелитературного, официального варианта польского языка). - нарушение коммуникативной функции (нанр. ошибочное употребление слов, неправильный порядок слов в предложении). В итоге этого анализа констатируем, что необходимо распространять культуру польского языка среди катлических священников. Кроме этого, в настоящей работе обращалось внимание на расшатывающуюся языковую норму во многих областях.

Particular attention is given to the Russian name Великдень and the Polish name Wielkanoc. The author conducts an in-depth comparison of both names in their linguistic and cultural aspects and attempts to find reasons for the difference in terminology.

Violence exists in every facet of life and it is amazing that it is found in the Holy Bible. Also, in every ethnic group, violence is seen. The results produced by biblical and ethnic violence in Nigeria are very enormous. It is discovered that violence leads to death, displacement, restricts movements amongst people in contest. This research addressed several arguments for and against violence, violence in the biblical perspective, ethnic crisis in Nigeria, causes of ethnic crisis in Nigeria, solutions to ethnic violence and application of Christian principles as remedy to violence. Historical method is being adopted in this research. The research therefore recommends that peace seeking via dialogue should be used as a way forward.

Moralists over several centuries devoted much attention to the problem of binge drinking. Regardless of age condemning this sin, commonly emphasizing as extremely dangerous source of other serious blames. The sin was particularly discussed in the context of the spiritual ministry of sinful priest. Especially teachers from the revival of the Orthodox times of early 17th century, often used to point out the contradiction, that exists between the ideal of the Christian priesthood and the need to bear witness to the truth of life and words and abuse of alcohol, which is its explicit denial, degrades morally, leads to ridicule and is the reason for scandal and even sin faithful. New to the printed sources from this period, is much stronger link with the specific problem of drunkenness and negligence of priest as celebrant, minister of the sacraments, especially the servant of the words and the teacher. It was connected with the then desire to rebuild priestly formation.

Jest oczywistym faktem, że epoka średniowiecza nie jest pod względem strukturalnym jednolita. Owa niejednolitość wyraża się w wielorakości postaw ludzkich, sposobów myślenia oraz w różnych podejściach w dziedzinie wiedzy ludzkiej, nie wyłączając filozofii i teologii. Istotne dla średniowiecza ludzkie postawy nie mają charakteru statycznego, ale dynamiczny – podlegają prawom rozwoju. Rozwojowi towarzyszą przeróżne zmiany, innowacje, ścieranie się wzajemne, a w związku z tym zwycięstwa i pokonania. Zjawisko wielorakości i dynamizmu daje się stwierdzić prawie w każdej dziedzinie kultury tego okresu. Szczególnie zaznacza się to w dziedzinie życia intelektualnego, w którym zauważa się takie chociażby prądy myślowe, świadczące o tym zjawisku, jak: racjonalizm, empiryzm czy mistycyzm. Prądy te nie były obojętne pozostałym dziedzinom życia intelektualnego człowieka epoki średniowiecza, znalazły tam zwoje wyraźne odzwierciedlenie.

What constitutes the object of this study is the critical analysis of the analytical explanation of Bocheński's religion. The reconstructions and analyzes performed can be presented in the following manner. It is the phenomenon of feeling religion by the faithful and not the nature of religion which is the object of interest in the philosophical analysis of religion as the logic of the religious language. Although the author uses the logic used in religious discourse, his analyzes do not contain the empirical material. According to the author's statements, it can be believed that this material consists mainly of Bocheński's personal way of faith, by the faith of his interlocutors as well as by his opinion of the fundament of religion. In the system of the logic of religion the problem of the reason of religion concerns only the justification of religious discourse. According to the nature of logic, it is not a question of what are the real reasons for faith but (according to Bocheński) it is rather a question of how the faithful justify their faith. Such a theory presupposes agnosticism or, at least, skepticism as to the rational and natural knowledge of God as well as a confusion of the reason of faith and the motives of truthfulness. The theory of authority and the hypothesis of religion suggests that the faithful as well as those with a certain logical culture motivate their faith in an irrational way. Verification or falsification of Bocheński's theory justifying religious discourse should be the subject of study for sociologists.
