As in the first paper with the same generic title, in this paper we propose, using logical deductibility relations and the method of analogy, to present some interesting results in Triangle Geometry. Thus, we consider a triangle ABC and the interior bisectors of the angles of the triangle, which intersect at point I and which intersect the sides of the given triangle at points A', B' and C', and the circumscribed circle of triangle ABC at A1, B1 and C1. Then, we will call the triangle A'B'C' the I-cevian triangle attached to the triangle ABC and the point I, and the triangle A1B1C1 we will call the I-circumcevian triangle attached to the triangle ABC and the point I. Using usual mathematical knowledge, valid in any triangle, but also the results presented in the first work mentioned above, we can obtain a series of very interesting geometric or trigonometric identities and inequalities, some of them very difficult to prove, synthetically. On the other hand, these new geometric or trigonometric relations introduced in certain derivable or only integrable functions, can involve a series of differential or integral identities or inequalities, particularly interesting. The work is, exclusively, of the Didactics of Mathematics and is addressed, equally, to pupils, students and teachers eager for performance, in this field of Mathematics or, in Mathematics, in general.

The issue of extracurricular activities remains a priority for the competent institutions. Research carried out in Romania and around the world claims that extracurricular activities are organized by the school, by other institutions of the educational system and by various NGOs. This article aims to find out the opinion of teachers about their type, purpose, as well as their impact on the development of young people, following a questionnaire-based research. The results obtained show us that the organization of extracurricular activities remains a continuous concern for teachers, by actively involving them in their design and realization, aiming at achieving the ends of education. These activities are aimed at development of social skills: communication, cooperation, interaction with different people (87,9%), emotional development (42.3%), active involvement in community life (41,3%). Extracurricular activities carried out by teachers always target the problems or expectations of the community: educational (164 choices), moral, (140 choices) social (136 choices), spiritual (104 choices), less the family ones.

In contemporary society, children need a different way of relating, other stimulations, different ways of expressing emotions to ensure their well-being, which will give them the meaning of being loved, appreciated and truly included in the family and society in which they were born. In today's society, and even more so in tomorrow's society, the main predictor that ensures adaptation to adult life is not a high cognitive potential, but the ability to establish relationships with those around us. In this regard, we have proposed to create an intervention program that will develop the socio-affective skills of children, their level being appreciated by parents and children equally .This program aimed at the participation and active involvement of children in activities, to stimulate the expression of emotions, to communicate the mood of the other children, to favor the relationship, to share with others and to form an empathetic behavior in preschoolers. We followed in the study whether the intervention program influences the level of expression of positive and negative emotions reported by children depending on the time of the evaluation.

The situation of school, universities, parents, children and ourselves provokes us to consider the answer to the question: ‘What next?’. The organization of the life of learners and educators, which forced both parties to spend a long time in front of computer monitors, resulted in a significant reduction in the time devoted to physical activity. The closure of many institutions and restriction of access to sports and recreational infrastructure triggered creative mechanisms among many physical education teachers. In many cases, the parents’ view of the work of the school and teachers has changed. The presented work is a study devoted to the researcher’s reflections on the consequences of epidemiological limitations in our society.

Before the occurrence of COVID-19, experts on the issues of a broadly understood physical culture informed about the exigence of departing from scientific advances of modern technology (computers, mobile phones etc.) in favour of various forms of physical activity, However, it is for modern technologies, presumably, that all education, as well as, common human relationships during the still lasting pandemic would be downright impossible. Physical Education has gone through revolutionary changes in the recent years and the pandemic has even deepened earlier problems and dilemmas. Since the first lockdown in March 2020, the Physical Education lessons online have raised most controversies. However, it is the pandemic which made, on the one hand the intramural form of running the subject appreciated and, on the other hand, the dissatisfaction with Physical Education grew up, which was the result of pandemic restrictions. Currently, an increased interest in Physical Education lessons is being observed as they are supposed to be a tool of prevention against the consequences of long-lasting isolation, hypokinesia and obesity. Different forms of attempts of return to the so called „normality” are being undertaken and one of them is the project of active comeback to school named „PE with PE Academy”. The development of Physical Education and its methods are strictly connected with the development of social organisation, thus, in the nearest future, further changes/modifications in core curriculum should be expected, which would incorporate activities of an intelectual character, such as e-sport or chess. The aim of the present work is to bring closer the issues related to Physical Education with special attention to pandemic turbulences.

Human health is an issue of interest to individuals and various institutions. It is also the subject of research and implementation of practical applications among representatives of organization and management sciences. One of the more and more popular ideas today is age management – a solution that uses the value of generational diversity to comprehensively take care of employee resources. An important area of implementing this idea is concern for the health and safety of the participants of the organization. The study presents the results of research illustrating the assessment of selected practices, aimed at the protection and promotion of employeesʼ health. 757 employees aged 20–78 participated in the study. The study used the Job Satisfaction Scale, the Organizational Commitment Scale and a proprietary questionnaire, taking into account organizational practices in the field of health protection and promotion. Frequency distributions, Spearmanʼs rank correlation analysis, and crosstabs with chisquare tests were counted. The respondents rated the organizationʼs activity in the area of care for the safety of working conditions and risk control the highest. An important determinant of organizational activities is the type of organizational climate. Significant positive relationships between the frequency of the companyʼs activities for the protection of employees’ health and satisfaction with work and organizational commitment were revealed.

Contemporary challenges of physical activity require people who undergo physical effort also an effective strategy of regenerating psychophysical forces and strengthening movement patterns. A rationally built system of pro-health behaviour around training has both immediate and long-term value. In a broader perspective, it achieves the value of self-education and auto-education in the area of caring for one’s own health, thus creating a personalized variant of health education. There are many, well-known or less studied, proposals for measures and methods to supplement or compensate for systematically applied training stimuli. One of them is sleep as a natural and basic means of regeneration of the body.

Introducing the democratic parliamentarian system in ’90-es of the twentieth century, Western Balkans countries started transition processes. Some of the countries passed the war destruction challenges, as well as the post-war reconstruction experiences. Post-war experiences coincide with transitional effects, which make strong impact on socio-economic status of countries. Global recession impact and requirements of the EU pre-accession process represent the great challenges for countries of the region, which will unavoidably make influence on the higher education area, as well as on its role in the society. In the republics of former Yugoslavia, public educational institutions have had a central role in educational process, which led to inherited strong public orientation on public universities in newly formed countries. In the same time, higher education sector have unusual growth and strong diversification of educational programmes and institutions. Growth of the university system sometimes really meant division of some universities into smaller units, which came as consequence of war and fragmentation of territories and educational systems. Crisis of trust in faculties and universities also exists, and public authorities who finance higher education question the readiness of the higher education institutions to respond to the needs of students and other stakeholders in higher education field. The need to improve the regional cooperation, in order to strengthen the position of the public educational institution in the region, becomes the important question. Preserving the important societal role of the public educational institution, reaching the high quality standards and contributing to integrations of countries in EU represent the imperative of future activities. Initiative for continuous cooperation in South-East Europe region, started by the International offices of the public faculties/schools of economics in the region may be a step in the concrete progress of regional cooperation. The focus of this paper is the assessment of the possibilities for closer collaboration of public faculties/schools in Western Balkans region, and defining the possible advantages of joint activities. The assumption is that the collaboration will contribute to increase of competitiveness of the region, increase of know-how and experiences transfers, but also the increase in the attractiveness for the foreign students through the organization of joint study and research programmes. Additionally, paper will include possible effects on improving the image and relations with international accreditation bodies and faculties/schools, as well as the impact on costs of international presentations and study programmes organization.
