Wirtualna transformacja międzykulturowych kompetencji komunikacyjnych. O przemianach w pedagogice komunikacji
The modern world of a human cultural presence extended by virtual dimension is becoming more multicultural. It is characterized by an increasing mobility of cultures, while also overlapping of different patterns of culture and it increasingly ‘’forces” development of new communicative competences which enable for moving from multiculturalism to interculturalism. Innovation of these competences goes beyond the skills of learning the standards of another encountered culture in order to understand it deeper, adapt and avoid antagonism. That involves the need of transformation in communication pedagogy which includes the dynamics of contemporary cultural space and a new sort of human presence, which generates a transgressive model of human activity. Therefore, it will take into account the challenges related to abilities of users of virtual space to systematic and conscious restructure of the competences which have been already gained, thereby moving away from adaptation model towards the competences which are understood processually where a transgressive potential of a subject is recognized.
