За някои психоаналитични възгледи върху травматизма
The history of the trauma concept in the psychoanalytic paradigm is long and controversial. It is associated to psychiatrists and psychoanalysts such as Kraepelin, Sharko and Janet, Breuer, Freud, etc. In the classical postulate of psychoanalysis, the perspective of the traumatism is a major etiological determinant of neurotic suffering. The thesis of polytraumatism was raised and after World War I it is connected to the traumatic neurosis – a state of entirely psychogenic origin and functional nature. The purpose of this paper is to present some perceptions of the term "psychic traumatism" as a key to understand the individual functioning in norm and pathology. The perspectives are based on symptom-determining constructs in psychoanalysis.
