The aim of the study is to present the findings of pedagogical research related to the assessment of musical-pedagogical preparation of Primary School Pedagogy students. Students’ results are presented at three levels of development of the musical and pedagogical training. The methods used in this research are student portfolio, observation of students' theoretical and practical musical training and content analysis. The article presents the pedagogical aspects and difficulties of the otherwise well-founded theory of the advantages of active learning in the scientific literature. Stepping on the extensive philosophy of education and the psychology of learning, this theory is widely popularized as a foundation on which modern education should take place. An attempt is made to summarize the main components of learning through action, as well as the difficulties faced by the Bulgarian teacher who seeks to include them in his or her specific work, also taking into account the requirements of the particular Bulgarian school environment at present. The transition to the new system of work calls for working upon personal qualities and demands toward the teacher, as well as for the theoretical and practical preparation of future teachers for their professional activity. The proposed solution to the problem of the difficulty in applying the theory of active learning is sought in the achievements of the world experience of teaching practitioners which could relate to our school reality.

“Judo at School” is an EJU (European Judo Federation) expert educational project where children start between 6 and 8 years of age. The project is suitable for sports facilities in schools without the need for tatami or other specific materials for the development of the program. Judo helps complete personal development. The main aim of this paper is to reveal the psychological-pedagogical prerequisites for forming an active interest in judo activities. As the main method of pedagogical research, we used the survey. 172 children aged 6 to 12 years were interviewed. The results show significantly greater differences between sportsmen and non- sportsmen, with the radically difference in the formation of their interests. Judo as a sport offers exceptional opportunities for creativity, both in the field of high sporting mastership and in the physical education and development of the child's organism and character.

Приобщаващо образование в Узбекистан

The text focuses on the development of inclusive education in Uzbekistan. Shown are the efforts of the Government of Uzbekistan to turn the inclusive education a part of the State education policy and the support on institutional and legislative level for the inclusion of children and adults with special needs into the society. According to teachers, included in the cited in the manuscript EU initiative, children with mental challenges have troubles with meeting educational standards but they socialise and behave more happily. According to parents of children with SEN, those children who participate in inclusive classes are developing well. Parents whose children have attended special schools before entering the inclusive education process emphasised that their children develop more slowly and inclusive education in their view is more effective compared to the education given at the special schools. When introducing educational projects or programmes of any kind, and for the purpose of ownership, sustainability, effectiveness and impact, it is necessary to cover the Educational Value Chain from beginning to end, with each aspect adding value to the overall outcome. A consequence of the EVC is the fact that the careful implementation of educational projects whereby attitudinal change is required, takes a considerable amount of time, in general four to five years at least.

The Problems of Applying Psychological, Educational and Political Measurement Instruments in light of the Prevalence of the Corona virus (COVID-19)

The current study aimed to identify the problems and solutions of applying psychological and educational measurement tools. Also, it measures attitudes and public opinion in light of the prevalence of Coronavirus’s disease worldwide. Given the importance of psychological, educational and public opinions tests at the present time, in addition to psychometrics in its various aspects has become a necessity for communication, making decisions, counseling and therapeutic The study results recommend adopting the online application method in light of the prevalence of the deadly COVID-19, because these solutions will encourage the continuation of the scientific research and the educational process wheel. Consequently, the disease does not stop the continuation of our lives worldwide. Also, this study recommends the necessity of applying the tools of psychological and educational online evaluation in order to prevent transmission of COVID-19 infection among students to each other and their teachers, and between researchers. It also sheds light on an alternative evaluation tool by the online application of psychological measurement tools to be placed in the ethical code for psychologists involved in the American Psychological Association, as it is a client’s right to preserve his life from risks. This is in addition to placing the necessity of online instruments application method within the ethics of scientific research, which represents one of the rights of the participants in terms of preserving their lives against environmental risks. Moreover, the findings recommend the necessity of studying public opinion and attitudes by online questionnaires.

Ученици и учители: за мотивацията на учениците да учат химия в училище

The attitude to a subject and the desire to study depends on a large extent on the students‘ motivation. The characteristics of learning environment, teaching methods and teachers’ attitude towards students in the classroom are among the most studied factors for students’ learning motivation in various subjects. There is relatively little research in the field of science education. The article presents the results of students’ and teachers’ research on influence of the learning environment created by the teacher on students’ motivation to learn chemistry. The research methods are a survey of 440 students and 17 chemistry teachers, and targeted observation of eight teachers in a class. According to the students, the studied aspects of learning environment have an impact on their motivation. The results of surveys and observations in the classroom show that the actions and behavior of teachers affect the motivation of students, but compared to students, teachers often overestimate the impact of the classroom conditions they have created. The study confirms the assumption that the learning environment and the teacher are among the most important factors for increasing chemistry-learning motivation. Another important motivational factor that stimulate chemistry learning is the future career choices young people make.
