The paper applies the biographical method to explore the concept of chimerical groups at school as a type of potentially criminogenic gangs. To this purpose, the concepts biographical illusio and biographical illusion as introduced by French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu are employed and the process of their loss is delineated. The problem of “deviant norm” is indirectly related to the one of human identity inasmuch as a deviant personality implies social repudiation due to lack of adaptability. In the context of Bourdieu’s ideas, deviant behaviour is not associated with loss of identity, but rather with attribution of identity. With the very act of its naming, the negative identity of the chimerical group at school predetermines the lot of these students. Thus, the research exposes the in-depth mechanisms of the formation of the social identity of deviant communities as well as the relation of that identity with the biographical illusion and the biographical illusio.

A film idea and its realization are creating a potential field of relationships and interactions in which there are two worlds, the world of the cinema and the world of the individual experience, and every film is a reality. An objective reality in documentary movies is reconstructed in a film reality and meets individual worlds of authors, characters and viewers through the ability of each person (including any spectator) to understand himself/herself, others and the world.This is an opportunity to see the world through the eyes of others, but also we turn our attention inward. The documentary approach implies much stronger impression of authenticity of the worlds, characters, stories, also feels strongly about the truth in the concrete form of the image and evaluates the artistic message as an existential standard.

The contemporary situation of mass cinema consumption and the development of popular film critic imposed a dilution of some of the classical concepts such as socially engaged cinema and art cinema. If a film tells a social story and is shot in a naturalistic way, with main characters that come from the poor stratum, featuring non-professional or infamous actors – there is a big chance for this film to be defined as “art cinema” or as a replica of the films of the Dardenne brothers, who are now among the most noticeable socially engaged directors. Pop culture characterizes each film, that hasn’t been created for commercial purpose, as an “art film”. This widespread distinction automatically splits the audience, according to its primal preferences and takes away its chance for a new and different experience. Both of the sides keep a distance from each other, but in the end the lost is for the films themselves, stuck into the frames of the vague “art film” concept – that’s how they are deprived from audience that wouldn’t identity with this concept.

The article succinctly presents the functions of Philosophy in Bulgarian high school education. These functions include: 1) exercising of linguistic competencies and clarification of verbal behaviour as to help students construct and apply criteria for meaningful statements; 2) when Philosophy is practiced in a dialogical format it serves as a precondition for learning argumentation, justification, and gives one better ability to change their position on the basis of a rational inquiry; 3) аs a social discipline, Philosophy develops the communicative abilities of the students and serves as a unique cultural technique. The text follows the descriptions of these crucial functions and is partly based on direct observations on the current educational status quo in Bulgaria.

It is known that one of the crucial factors affecting the students’ success at math lessons negatively is math anxiety. In most general meaning, math anxiety may be defined as an anxiety and fear emerging in relation to certain math situations. The aim of this study is to find out the reasons of math anxiety observed among students attending privet courses. To collect the needed data of the study an anxiety scale was administered to 450 students attending different private courses in the city of Kırklareli, Turkey. The obtained data was processed by data processing soft-ware. After the required data interpretation steps were concluded, students’ math anxiety reasons were determined and in relation some solutions were suggested.

Every individual child has unique traits and character that cannot be seen in any other as they are. This is a crucial requirement for understanding the psychological activities of the child. Proper upbringing is unthinkable without love for the child. The teacher that loves the children has to have a flattering attitude and trust while at the same time being interesting and needed by the child’s character. The key to success in individual approach to each child is that some teachers look for the cause that prevents the development of children and eliminating it, while others struggle with deficiencies in the nature of the child’s personality. The children are interested in everything they see in kindergarten. The pedagogue has to introduce the child with the unfamiliar environment and the new surroundings. A new child may break the set behavioral rules not because of bad upbringing, but simply because of the new surroundings. The teacher has to make sure he makes himself familiar with the unique traits of the child as it is important for the latter’s physical education. If not knowing every child’s unique trait, the teacher cannot properly develop an optimal daily routine; neither correctly schedules the sleep time, meals and physical activities. Special care is required for slowly developing children. A division of children regarding their development speed would be a big mistake. In order for the individual approach to be productive, a comfortable level of communication needs to be established between the educator and parents. Therefore the aim of every pedagogue should be to carefully and properly educate every single child and to provide optimism and be a source of comfort and joy.

The study explores the problem of chimera groups emulating criminal groups as a new sociopedagogical reality. Regardless of the diversity of scientific suggestions on signifying these criminal groups, we use chimera group as a main concept. The reason for that is the evaluative neutrality of the concept, which is associated with deviant behavior of children and adolescents at school and with the impossibility for this group to be detected. The concept deviance is interpreted in the context of the ideas of French sociological studies as presented by Pierre Bordieu and, more specifically, through the mechanisms of “sociogenesis”, which is conceived as a duality of the biographical and the social in the life of adolescents and the formation of their identity. The “sociogenesis” of inheritance uncovers the birth of the father as a mechanism of production and reproduction of violence in the chimera group. The analysis of chimera groups at schools is strongly dependent on teachers’ social sensitivity and the expansion of pedagogical discourse.

Children with Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD) are at high risk of experiencing exclusion in both England and Greece. However, this particular category of Special Educational Needs (SEN) has so far received relatively little academic or political attention in comparison to other SEN. This paper attempts to point out the barriers that may prevent the inclusion of children with BESD both in terms of the theoretical conceptualisation of the category itself and in terms of the policies and practices that England and Greece may implement. In order to achieve a further yet coherent picture of the current situation, this paper has identified three different types of factors that may negatively influence inclusion. Therefore, by discussing the possible ideological, structural, and practical challenges, the paper aims to highlight the crucial need for further theoretical insight that would be able to inform and promote the establishment of a more cohesive and efficient legislative framework for pupils with BESD in both countries.

The study focuses on changing notions of shame and pride as tools of power and/or fuel for emancipation. Szybowicz is interested in the plots, characters, the language used by the characters, as well as rhetoric strategies in the novels, which she reads as manifestations of the dominant discourses of their times.

Children with disabilities are a dynamic social group, strongly in need of support that social work can provide. The topicality of the theme is reinforced by the fact that many children are drawn from institutions and are aimed at community services, where the idea is to implement a fundamentally new approach to their care, hence the important role played by various experts in the implementation of direct social work with children with disabilities. Social services are a milestone in politics, which is relevant to effective social inclusion and participation in society of vulnerable groups.

The phenomenon of resilience is a subject of various studies in recent decades. Scientific articles and real life situations from the practice of assisting specialists, examine the phenomenon and its factors. Interest and difficulty are the criteria for detection of resilience in certain target groups. Parents at risk of parting with their children is one such group occupying a large percentage as users of the social services in the country. This article addresses the question: how to identify parents who experience resilience, so that their life experience subsequently be used to improve the psycho-social support in the provision of social services.

Philosophical thinking and understanding of individuality and its role in the context of the crisis of modernity is necessary so we could objectively and critically perceive the picture of modernity, but also to perceive its crisis. Many philosophers, among which is impossible not to mention philosophical thought of Hegel and Kierkegaard, were thinking about self return, the importance of individuality and the birth of subjective freedom. Both of them agreed in the case of turning point in the history of human spirit, the turning point which was marked as the path of self return. That turning point they saw in Sokrates, and it was decisive for the birth of consciousness of freedom. Although Hegel and Kierkegaard differed in many ways, this turning point was place where two of them had met and agreed. On this fundament where self –determined and self-consciousness individual is established, it is possible to expect overcoming the crisis of modernity. This overcoming requires special kind of dialogue that will be full of tolerance and mutual respect.

This research investigates the impacts of the implementation of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education in Environmental Chemistry course to enhance environmental literacy of prospective chemistry teacher. The research method used was quasi-experiment. Problem based learning (PBL) approach was implemented at the control group, while PBL-STEM was implemented at the experimental group. The dimensions of Environmental literacy to be concerned were environmental competence, environmental knowledge, and attitudes towards environment. The results of research reveal that PBL-STEM education can be used as an effective approach to improve the environmental literacy of prospective chemistry teachers. The average improvement of environmental literacy and its dimensions in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.

The article views the different way that Russell understands the point of attitude in 1903 in Principles of Mathematics and 1913 in the unpublished handwriting Theory of knowledge. Around 1903, the philosopher thinks that aRb and bR’a are two separate propositions, between which there is a visible difference in the meaning. In 1913 he denies his earlier point about the points being two. Russell does not hesitate to declare that the aRb is a single fact and it doesn’t matter if we’ll present it from a to b or from b to a, it’s just a language matter. The goal of the text is to express the motives and influences that provoke the british philosopher to give different answers in both of his texts and the consequences to which those answers lead. My purpose is to lighten the problems that Russell’s philosophical logic generates where most important are the ones about logical form, the conclusion and the affirmation.

The present work is an attempt to broaden the biography of the autonomous individual. Contrary to the conception of the inborn sociality of a person that deprives him of his uniqueness and refuted by various manifestations of mental disorders, the idea of an individual way of life could explain some contradictions and paradoxes in his behavior. Being alone in nature and without physical contact with similar individuals, he had not only to develop and improve his sensitivity and the way of perceiving reality, but also to change the metabolism of his own organism. Losing instincts by changing connections with reality, he manages to turn objects into a source of information, providing him certain and safe means of survival. That information will became his personal environment unattainable for animals. An environment, which purpose is to function as an untouchable, invisible „territory“, i.e. as a consciousness.
