Profesní rozvoj učitelů je definován jako dlouhodobý proces zahrnující široké spektrum aktivit směřujících ke zlepšení dovedností a znalostí učitele. Jedná se o kurzy, školení či semináře poskytující učitelům adekvátní podporu k jejich rozvoji včetně prostoru pro samostudium. V rámci profesního rozvoje učitelů by mělo docházet k vybavování učitelů novými nástroji, jak konceptuálními, tak praktickými (Samgorinski, 2013). V předchozí kapitole jsme s oporou o sociokulturní teorie vymezili jako zdroj učení participaci člověka v různých typech aktivit (Sfard, 2016; Vygotskij, 1976). Této perspektivy se přidržíme i v této kapitole – profesní rozvoj učitelů chápeme jako bytostně sociální aktivitu.

Ulaskom u EU Crna Gora će adekvatno participirati u svim naučnoistraživačkim programima EU? Crna Gora će morati da preduzme dodatne napore u jačanju ljudskih resursa i infrastrukturnih kapaciteta za efikasno učešće u okvirnim istraživačkim programima i integraciju u Evropski istraživački prostor. Crna Gora je započela sa integracijom u Evropski istraživački prostor ERA. Imenovani su i delegirani posmatrači u većini upravnih tijela ERA-e, kao i u Komitetu Evropskog istraživačkog prostora ERAC, a takođe Crna Gora učestvuje u Sedmom okvirnom programu za istraživanje FP7. Nije uključena u nuklearna istraživanja i od nje nije zahtijevano da se pridruži Okvirnom programu EURATOM. Međutim, glavna prepreka za adekvatno učešće u EU programima će biti nedostatak iskusnih istraživača, nedovoljan broj istraživača u instituciji, nedovoljno iskusno administrativno osoblje i neadekvatna ili zastarjela oprema.

In the current conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, the tourism industry of Ukraine needs more than ever strategic development and the development of a universal scheme of strategic management of tourism development. Prospects for the use of SWOT analysis as an effective management tool will contribute to the implementation in accordance with the selected priorities of regulation and management of tourism development. The study considers the theoretical foundations of using SWOT analysis as one of the tools of strategic analysis. Based on the results of strategic analysis, priorities for tourism development are developed, as well as strategies for counteracting negative factors. Peculiarities and significance of SWOT analysis as a tool for tourism development management in Ukraine in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic have been studied. In accordance with the selected priorities, modern management concepts for the development of the industry are being implemented. Its main advantages and disadvantages for optimizing the management of tourism and recreation are noted. Factors influencing the development of the tourism industry of Ukraine and Romania based on the use of SWOT analysis are summarized. In the current conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, special attention should be paid to the development of management tools in tourism. One of such effective tools is SWOT analysis, the results of which are the basis for determining the strategic directions of development of the tourism industry and optimizing the management of tourism and recreation.

The ever-growing and changing tourism sector offers alternative touristic products and promove. In parallel with the developments in the world, besides coastal tourism shaped by the sea-sand-sun trio, many alternative tourism types are coming out in Turkey. In the study, it is aimed to examine the bibliometric profiles of the articles titled “alternative tourism” within the framework of the determined parameters. In this context, the articles published between 2000-2022 were derived from the Google Scholar database. 42 articles accessed as a result of the searches lay with different variables with frequency analysis and graphics. The articles were examined on the basis of criteria such as the year they were published, the journal they were published in, the research method and research variables. As a result of this evaluation, it was seen that the most articles on alternative tourism were published in 2008. It has been determined that the research variables are mostly alternative tourism potential and centers. Theoretical studies are relatively more numerous than empirical studies. In terms of the findings, it is thought that the study will provide an important and comprehensive resource that researchers can benefit from. Other findings of the study show that the number of studies on alternative tourism has increased in recent years.

The subject and purpose of this paper is to analyze the natural attractions of the province of Manisa, where adventure tourism in Turkey can take action immediately with small initiatives. The study was prepared by two methods: qualitative research and geographical area research. Qualitative data were used by making in-depth descriptions and interpretations with the tourism geography approach, and thematic systematic flow was provided from the theory to the findings in the content. Types, components, activities and effects in adventure tourism constitutes the theoretical framework of the study. Geographical field research was carried out in the form of field observations with the competence given by the geographer identity of the authors. The design of this qualitative research is a situation analysis. The findings related to Manisa have been shaped upon the current situation and potential of adventure tourism (Spil Mountain National Park, Kula-Salihli Geopark, Gediz River, Gölmarmara Lake, hiking routes, etc.). The study has gained originality with the suggestions developed within the scope of the components, activities, appropriate areas, and research projects by synthesizing the subjects in theoretical framework with Manisa. The contribution of the study to the research region, literature and tourism geography is to reveal that adventure tourism can be more successful if it is integrated with other tourism types that intersect with it on the basis of space and activities than being implemented by itself. During the last decades of the 21st century, world tourism has diversified its forms of manifestation internationally, trying to capitalize on the most valuable cultural and religious objectives in the religious cultural heritage of a country. Between tourism and culture, respectively between tourism and religion there are countless interactions and combinations based on the relationship between the cultural objective / sacred place and the motivation of the tourist according to which several aspects can be analyzed. Tourism, in general, be it religious or cultural, is the way in which a country becomes known to the world, and through which other people can see the natural resources, the tourist potential and the riches of that country. Romania has a cultural-historical and ethnofolkloric heritage of great value as well as tourist attractiveness and it is blessed with thousands of holy places and religious monuments, some dating back to the early Christian centuries. This paper presents a brief analysis of the evolution of religious tourism and the way existing concepts, paradigms and practices related to this type of tourism have evolved and changed over time. The performed analyzes show that the concept of religious tourism is gradually transformed and modernized over the years, going through phases of segmentation, creation of new market niches and development of new identities. The regions with cultural-religious tourist potential in Romania are also presented, as well as the activities that can grow and help the development of this type of tourism in our country.

Uloga države u ulaganju u istraživačke djelatnosti, naučne na univezitetima i razvojne u poduzećima poslije 1995. god. nikada nije razmatrana ni na jednom visokom organu države, entiteta i kantona (osim Kantona Sarajevo koji je 2005. god. na Skupštini usvojio Plan naučnoistraživačke djelatnost - PNID - sa skromnim početnim financiranjem od 15% predratne norme u odnosu na svoj BDP, sa planom dostizanja norme u 2009. god., što je napušteno kao cilj već u 2006. god,). This paper aims to display basic foundations of Balanced Scorecard methodology, which was used for formulation of local development strategy, and results that arose from its application. The paper starts with explaining basic theoretical pillars of regional development, continues with the methodology basics along with specifics of methodology application at the local level. Then, the concrete example is used to test applicative methodological framework in three phases: 1. diagnosis based on SWOT matrix, 2. visualisation of local community goals with strategy maps, and 3. goals specification through key performance indicators, tasks and initiatives. Finally, the authors pinpoint potential problems in strategy implementation process and give basic features of the software which eases the creation of scorecards and strategy maps.

This paper presents a comprehensive assessment of territorial organization efficiency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. During assessment, an output-oriented Charnes, Cooper and Rhods (CCR) and Banker, Charnes and Cooper (BCC) models have been applied on data representing the financial, demographic and functional capacities. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the efficiency of the territorial organization of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina through years 1990, 2000 and 2010. Results of CCR and BCC models show that the Local Government Unit (LGU) efficiency has been significantly reduced. The article presents an Interactive Culinary Map of the Bulgarian language territory, made by research associates of the Institute of Bulgarian Language at IBM “Prof. L. Andreychin” of the BAS with the help of the latest linguogeographical methods, tailored to the development of communication technologies. Through traditional visual means, greater concreteness of the phenomena is achieved, and through electronic means, the dynamic interpretation of these phenomena is possible. The map continues the tradition in Bulgarian linguistic geography, according to which maps and atlases have been produced for years. Mapping of the material is done using a special mapping program. The idea is to show on the map not only the distribution of lexemes (their spatial projection), but also to present linguistic phenomena in their interconnectedness. The aspiration is also aimed at delineating the main culinary regions on the Bulgarian linguistic territory. The production of the interactive culinary map of the Bulgarian language territory fully meets the public needs in the country. Internet users from all over the world (the map has a mirrored English version) can see how the names of typical traditional dishes and drinks are spelled in Bulgarian dialects, as well as hear authentic speech from most dialect areas.

Objectives. The aim of the paper is to present the pilot phase of the second part of the research on verifying the new leadership concept (transformational - TL, pseudotransformational -PTL and laissez-faire - LFL) in terms of employee engagement, trust and innovation. Method. In a between-subject experimental design, categories of leadership were manipulated by the movie method (12 Angry Men). The role of the participants was to focus attention on selected characters (leaders) while watching the film and then respond to self-assessing scales (engagement, trust, innovation). The sample of the pilot study consisted of 36 students. Results. The results were analysed by variance analysis (ANOVA) and showed statistically significant differences in engagement, trust and innovation depending on the type of leadership. Participants perceived the highest engagement, trust and innovation in the TL condition, the lowest in the condition with PTL. Conclusions. The TL reiterated its positive effects on working attitudes and behaviour; on the other hand, PTL again appears to be the “worst” among the selected leadership styles. The LFL did not appear as negative in our research as it is described in the literature. We consider the pilot study to be a necessary step to carry out research on a target sample of employees. Limits. The limit of research is undoubtedly the size of the sample, the use of self-assessing scales and the risk of the possible impact of the movie's character un / sympathy on the outcome.
