Kulturno-umjetnička društva Lašvanske doline

The Croatian country people from Jajce to Bila over the centuries wore the same national costumes, varying only in single tiny details in men and women’s dress. Traditional tunes have been preserved in singing by folklore clubs in this region and are types of older or recent polyphone praxis. Heterogeneousness and creativity are expressed in forming strophe-melodiousness and short and long song-sentence. The poetic text is mostly primary, but often the text is subordinated to the expression of the melody. In the article folk clubs in Lašva’s Valley are described as keeping vivid traditional folk memory: Paklarevo, Napredak Novi Travnik and Vitez, KUD “Žena” from Nova Bila, and the most famous ”Sloga” from Guča Gora, also renowned outside Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Монографію присвячено малодослідженій у сучасній музичній науці проблемі західноєвропейських впливів у східнослов’янській (і, зокрема, українській) духовній пісенності. У центрі уваги автора – жанр духовної пісні, що розглядається у широкому контексті як явище художньої та церковної культури. Значну увагу приділено літургічному чиннику як одному з провідних у процесі створення східнослов’янського духовно-пісенного репертуару. Багато явищ церковної музичної культури набули нової інтерпретації. Вагому частку становить новий текстовий та музичний матеріал з історії східнослов’янської духовної пісенності. Як підсумок багаторічної роботи джерелознавчого та текстологічного характеру у монографії подано створений на основі українських, білоруських та російських рукописних пісенників XVII-XIX століть системний інципітний каталог західноєвропейських духовних пісень, що увійшли до східнослов’янського духовно-пісенного репертуару. Музички жаргон младих и Молодежный музыкальный сленг. Компаративни поглед

This monograph considers a type of the youth slang which refers to the world of music as one of the very important interest areas of the young people (some of whom are deeply involved in it while others are just gathered around it), and which also labels them as members of the particular social group, serving them too ― which is here less important ― as a tool for affirming themselves within the group. Namely, it is about the young adults whose way of speech witnesses the way how they feel, experience and interprete the musical reality. This heterogeneous group of the young people, who may differ in social background and educational level, do share, however, a common communication code (lexicon) relative to the musical context. The monograph presents how the slang lexemes listed in the appended Serbian and Russian music mini-lexicons have been created or, in particular, (1) the models of their structure formation, including the productivity and frequency of some suffixes, their meaning/function, as well as characteristic details from the derivation point of view; (2) their semantic motivation for naming certain entities. The chapter entitled Obratni muzički pogled na žargonizme [A "Reverse Musical View" on the Slang Lexemes] analyses the slang use of musical terms for naming various non-music entities and concepts. Finally, a comparative analysis of the two mini-lexicons has been undertaken on a synchronic perspective in order to highlight the basic structural correspondences between the music slangs of the young people from the two Slavic milieus.

The Internet is at present one of the most important tools of political communication. From the point of view of politicians, it is a perfect tool, not only for economic reasons, but also because the fact that it offers the possibility of permanent communication, which is especially important in the period in-between campaigns. The present article aims to discuss the use of internet sites and social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) by the presidents of cities with county rights from the Silesian Voivodeship. The research conducted indicates the insufficient and inefficient use of the Internet by the politicians subjected to the study. It also demonstrates the intensification of communicative activities on the Internet during election campaigns, and its gradual suppression in the period in-between campaigns.

The aim of the article is to present a reply to a research problem concerning the reasons why a demand for song covers on YouTube measured by the number of hits is higher than the demand for their original versions. The problem has been exemplified by the music piece ‘I will always love you’. The article contains the description of the functioning of YouTube as a music market, its basic subjects, the model of the market, as well as the market mechanism in which a song and its cover are goods. An attempt at solving the research problem is the musical analysis of the original song and its cover, as well as the specification of basic determinants that cause greater demand for song covers than for their original versions.

The journey occurred between 1660 and 1663, the aim was to attend the University of Louvain (Löwen) and then to travel through France and Italy. The report is written in German, it includes a long description of Paris and Italian cities. The introductory essay is written in German, it tells the history of the Eggenberg family and their possessions in Southern Bohemia. It also explains the methods used to finance the Grand Tour. All the explanatory footnotes are also in German. There are also explanatory comments annexed to the report, in which the editors discuss the German language style, the identity of the author, the purpose of the report and the art monuments commented in the report. The e-book does not include pictures.

The book "Looking at Kotlen's Humorous Folk Song" is a monographic study that traces the characteristics of Kotlen's humorous folk songs - an understudied category of songs, largely spread only in Kotlensko. The song material, the object of the present study, amounts to a total of 58 songs and is the result of various sources - field materials recorded in the period 2001-2010, audio and video recordings, as well as the collections "From the source song flows /authentic Kotlen folk songs/ ", Part I (1993), "Folk Songs from Thrace" (2013) and "Bulgarians - 672 Unpublished Folk Songs from the Kosta Kolev Archive" (2018). The subject of research in the main part of the exhibition are the peculiarities of humorous chants in relation to their functional, metrorhythmic, poetic, form-forming, structural and ladomelodic specificities. The goal is an attempt to clarify the overall appearance of the chants and, if possible, to bring out common features characteristic of humorous song samples. To achieve the objectives of the study, the following research methods were used: observation, interview, description, analysis, synthesis and comparison.
