The main purpose of this study is to make a bibliometric analysis of graduate theses published between 1988-2022 on coffee, coffee houses and coffee equipment. For this purpose, 192 theses were accessed from the website of the National Thesis Center and the theses were analyzed using parameters such as author gender, publication language, publication year, research method, published university, department, type and study subject. As a result of the analysis, the majority of the postgraduate theses on coffee (88.02%) were master's thesis, the first doctoral thesis was written in 1993, Ege University, Gaziantep University, Yıldız Technical University and Hacettepe University were the universities that prepared the most theses, and the coffee subject was sociology, chemistry, and chemistry. , biology, tourism, folklore, etc. It has been found to be studied in many disciplines. During the research, the relevant literature was scanned and national and international literature was examined. In the national literature, no study was found in which the subject of coffee was studied bibliometrically.
