Summary/Abstract: The European Green Deal is a strategy for rebuilding the European Union's economy to make it a region with zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. Climate protection is to go hand in hand with the development of competitive industry and maintaining a high standard of living. Although the project arouses a lot of controversy, it may contribute to the long-term modernization of the Polish economy.
