Summary/Abstract: The villages priests from the former land of Tutova (XVII-XVIII centuries) gathered triple qualifications of spiritual guides, masters and proeminent members of the village court of justice. From the last point of view, there isn’t a separation between the ecclesiastically justice and the laic justice, according as there isn’t no well-defined territory of church rules, distinct from that of traditional rules, which held more of the community moral, the common law, only of the official regulations concerning the cult practice, gestures, prayers, holidays etc.
