Summary/Abstract: Icebreaking activities used in adult education play a pedagogical role in the sense that, as it appears from the title of the paper, they have the role of "breaking the ice" of our everyday relationships, of knowing and better communicating with us. Some activities involve physical activities, others are based on cooperation in the gup or on negotiated cooperation in small groups. In this paper I will present some of the techniques for breaking the ice used in adult education.
