Summary/Abstract: Complex Communication Needs is a category including approximately 15 % of worldwide population. It means that all of these people do not have skills to communicate verbally and in fact they are not able to take part efficiently in every day communication. Therefore very specific and authentic therapeutic methods are invented for the sake of these individuals. Although so called augmentative and alternative communication could help them to interact with others in different accessible and reachable ways, the application of these methods is an enormous and responsible challenge.
