Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to analyze the actions of US Senator Joe Biden towards Bosnia and Herzegovina in the period from 1992 to 1995. During this period of aggression, Senator Biden eloquently defended Bosnia and Herzegovina and advocated for a stronger involvement of the USA in the Senate and in American public life. Given that the archive of the newly elected American president is not yet available to the public, the actions of Senator Biden during the 1990s can be analyzed using the publicly available archive of the American Congress, media reports, and personal archives of former legislators from that period.
