Summary/Abstract: Modern school systems are using more and more economic sciences in the development of school institutions. The idea of management in education and upbringing is used under various names: teaching management, educational management, pedagogical management, school management and the like. Educational management is the coordination of material and human resources/potentials in order to achieve educational purposes. The specification of various styles of guiding a group or a class is only a supposition for the research of educational reality. The authors are actually dealing with very similar forms of teacher’s behavior, using various terms. The style of teacher’s behavior and its forms of influence on students is the primary factor for the creation of socio-emotional atmosphere. Therefore, it is important to emphasize that there are no pure styles, and that one and the same teacher in various situations may behave differently, which is only desirable.
