Summary/Abstract: The article examines for the first time the Dictionary of Perku Duptsa, entitled “The vocabulary of the Banat dialect. Supplement” (2004). The author lived in the city of Vinga, Romanian Banat. Perku Duptsa was editing Stoyko Stoykov’s fundamental study “The Vocabulary of the Banat dialect”. The dictionary of Perku Duptsa has not been studied so far and proves the efforts of the Banat Bulgarians to preserve their written heritage and find agreement on a common spelling.
