Summary/Abstract: An economic crisis affects the entire activity of the organisation. Departments have to re-organize priorities to remove the negative effects of that fenomenon, in a manner in which it is possible. The paper is focused on the functions of the company and it analyses the impact of economic crises on politics of all of the functions.
