Summary/Abstract: The economical crisis must not be seen only as a negative phenomenon; we can find positive aspects and opportunities if we are open minded enough to look for them or to at least consider them at the right moment. Studies in the field of management show that normal situations and crisis must be seen as part of the same unitary process and treated with calm and responsibility. Clear thinking will guide managers to take the right decisions and to create adequate strategies. The present paper tries to present the opportunities that the economical crisis created for companies, population and for a country.
