ETHICAL DECISIONS IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Summary/Abstract: Ethics in management has as the main object of activity the creation of an ethical organizational culture. Most ethical problems are related to human resources management. This paper presents a brief overview of human resource management and factors influencing it, with emphasis on ethically sensitive activities. Ethical decision in human resource management is treated as a dynamic process with multiple steps that meet certain criteria and adhere to a set of moral principles. There are outlined the ways in which management decisions conform to ethical requirements.
