Internal logic of relations in efqm model vs. organizational excellence

Summary/Abstract: Following towards excellence and improvement of the organization it is today one of the ways to improve your business, increase its potential to create value-added, and finally achieve the planned results. The article draws attention to the internal nature of the relationship between the elements of the EFQM model. Appearing in the world test results indicate no correlation between them, which should be a beacon and a warning to organizations implementing this concept.The literature studied two types of internal relations EFQM Model. They are: a nalysis of the relationship between the group and the potential effects of factors, statistical analysis for consistency of the model. Test results indicate that there is an inner logic correlation, which is not included in the original EFQM model.
