Summary/Abstract: An opinion about the necessity of realization by enterprises both financial and social aims which is more and more often expressed, can become a general business model for enterprises. Enterprise goal recognition which is creating shared values, affects creating new management concepts based on social responsibility such as: CSV (corporate shared value), CSI (corporate social innovation) and HVC (hybrid value chain). Formulating, and especially introducing of the strategy which is based on social responsibility requires the implementation of shared values in this process. On this background “blue ocean” strategy has natural attributes towards CSR.
