EFFECTIVENESS OF MANAGERS AT WORK AT S.N.I.F. S.A. MARARMUREŞ BRANCH

Summary/Abstract: Management application and assimilation of the businesses and other organizations în Romanian society since 1990, there was a time lag compared to uptake în the theoretical and practical requirements. So far we have managed to decentralize the management of national economy and there has been a transfer of power to state-owned companies. However, implementation of a new type of management and organizational - as the capital of the state and private capital - is relatively slow. After an analysis of managerial activities of key decision makers în the SNIF S.A. Maramures Branch, managers found that the organization acknowledges the particular strengths of their work (knowledge management, decision-making potential, communication skills, organizational spirit), which contributes to a quality management activity, effective. Management effectiveness is a result of thought and action to achieve its purpose, is a quality that has a copy of a manager or how to act to achieve the desired results.
