Summary/Abstract: In the 90s of the twentieth century Szczecin was in cities rankings, such as Wroclaw and Poznan. Today it is a city with big problems and an unstable labor market. Therefore, the aim of article was to predict the major dilemmas that are characteristic for labor market of Szczecin and attempt to determine how to remedy these problems. The study included all the changes that took place between 2002 and 2011.
