Fear in the workplace and its negative consequences

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present negative consequences of fear in the workplace. In the first part of this article the author presents the views of other researchers on the causes and consequences of fear in organizations. In the second part the author describes the results of the study on the fear at work. These studies have been conducted using a biographical approach. In the final part of the text it is concluded that organizations generate fear, which is negative for employees and its effects are destructive. The results of preliminary research will be used in fundamental studies.
