Summary/Abstract: In this study, the author deals with the issue of the right to one’s own image, and, specifically, the manner of enforcement of foreign case law at domestic level. The structure and the body of the study reveal the comments on the count of an application initiating proceedings, on the drawing up and drafting of the count, on a decision in this case, delivered for aiming at the defence of the right of the British Royal couple to its own image and to respect for private life. Finally, the author puts forward certain brief considerations regarding the enforcement of the foreign case law at domestic level.
