Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is the evaluation of regional diversity of Poland in terms of new ITC technology application in companies in 2011. Conducted research includes the ELECTRE TRI method that is based on a model of preferences in a form of outranking relations. Relations are defined according to information and represent strictly defined preferences of a decision maker. What is more, the model does not impose the transitivity of preferences and enables a situation of comparison impossibility.
