Personality And Decision Making Relation: Kocaeli Vocational School Example

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is; Whether there is an association between personality and decision-making. The existence of an effect on personality and decision making of demographic variables is also examined. Five factor personality scale and multiple domain stability scale were used in the study. Questionnaire was used as data collection method in the study. Analyzes were performed using the SPSS 17 program. The sample is composed of second grade students studying in Kocaeli Vocational School students' business management program. Only demographic variables have a relationship between income and personality. The subscales of the personality scale and the subscales of the decision scale were found to be related.
