NEW ROLE OF PRIVATE SECURITY IN THE CLIMATE OF TERROR

Summary/Abstract: Private security has gained an important position in protecting private areas, factories, buildings. Lack of state mechanism has highlighted private security as an auxiliary force in this area. The terrorist acts that spread rapidly along with globalization have been the most serious problem for the world especially in the last two decades. In this new climate in which terrorist groups use different communication channels and social media, it has forced States to take different measures. In this study, it is to discuss the use of private security in the security area where the change is taking place.
