A Conceptual Pattern of Organizational Developmental Path – the Proposal and Theoretical Assumptions

Summary/Abstract: The current and future activities of enterprises are determined with the history of its development. The studies on the developmental paths do not propose their unique conceptual patterns. Hence, the paper constitutes the attempt of defining the organizational developmental path and presenting its conceptual pattern. As a result, it is expected to provoke the discussion within the topic presented. The paper has been prepared with regard to the critical literature review that enabled to state that the organizational developmental path reveals the evolution of enterprises’ orientations encompassing some organizational images described by means of selected dimensions of assumed orientations.
