Summary/Abstract: The article presents the application of management analysis of social networks in a given enterprise. It points also to the problem of weaknesses of known methods of diagnosis and longitudinal analysis and monitoring of the current effectiveness of the company. Refers to the challenges of methodical methods of analyzing social networks in the organization and indicates the possibilities of their practical use according to the research programs conducted by the authors. The article identifies the key challenges for the further development and dissemination of the management methodology of social network analysis in the practice of business management.
