Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses the problem of constructing research models in management sciences. In particular, an explanation of the research model’s nature was made and the principles of its construction. Discussion was narrowed to the quantitative research approach and related to hypothetical-deductive assumptions. The exemplary research models applied in research practice, in the field of management sciences, are an illustration of the conducted arguments.
