Summary/Abstract: The employee market is a challenge for employers. One of the problems they have to deal with is the employee turnover. This problem is important because the intentions of quit are declared not only by people with unique competences. Increasingly, the decision to change the place of work is taken by employees, who were previously easily replaceable. The analysis of the literature shows that the circumstances of the turnover are different. The aim of the article is to present the assumptions of the study of the employees’ turnover in the context of the dimensions of diversity. The research results will be useful for human resources management and facilitate the construction of retention programs. The article was based on the analysis of literature.
