Summary/Abstract: As we finish the second decade of the 21st century, with the rapid increase in information and communication technologies, the disappearance of international borders and the increase of mutual trade and dependence were influential in the emergence of the globalization process (Buyer P., 2012). Globalization, which has an impact on many areas of life, has also been influential in marketing and management approaches. With the globalization process, globalization of labour force was ensured, in addition to dissemination of knowledge and know-how, the world became a single market, borders were eliminated, products and services were designed, produced and presented for the demands and desires of the global market. The Millennium companies have now become obliged to carry out a strategic perspective as a standard application in management and marketing planning (Namie G., Namie R.F., 2011, Vroom V. H., 1994- Alas R., Tafel, K., Tımlik K. 2007).
