Summary/Abstract: In the present paper we aim to analyze sib as many aspects as possible and asbroadly as possible we are allowed by the inherent limits of this extremely offerable, casuistically speaking legal palette defining the extremely massive attempt threateningthe right as a whole in the sense of positioning in the deserted abyss to the currentrealities, a matter which is condemnable for the final purpose and the reason for theConstitution, Treaties, Conventions and any acts with regulatory power. Treated caseswill be elements specific to each branch of law to which they belong, obviously we aretrying to create an exposure of both their "concept and development" but moreimportantly the applicability and necessity of their implementation in the internallegislation. In the following, we will address the lack of institutions, which are evenessential in our law, the legislative and inconsistency of the legislator, and perhaps themost important aspect of the possibility of introducing in the internal legislativespectrum some principles, institutions and mechanisms focused on innovation at globallevel whose benefits and applications are unquestionable.
