Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to Cloud Computing as a model of providing IT services.The article presents a synthetic characteristics of Cloud Computing as well as discusses its basic features and models of delivering such services. The article is mainly devoted to the presentation of benefits and barriers involved in implementing this concept.
