Summary/Abstract: Inter-organizational networks play an important role in the implementation of the business models of enterprises participating in the network. It can be an integral partof one or more components of the business model. The aim of the article is to review literature in the area of inter-organizational networks, with particular emphasis on attempting to create a network of tourist activities. The articlecites national and foreign literature reports describing networks in tourism. First, the inter-organizational networks were defined, and then their characteristics were described. In the last part of the work, the approaches referring to tourism are quoted. The article was also supplemented with reference to the role of inter-organizational networks in the implementation of business models in the tourism sector.
