Priorităţi româneşti în domeniul protectiei invenţiilor
Romanian priorities in the innovation protection

Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author pointed out the role and importance of the legislation for the regulating of the technical creations protection and emphasize the Romanian care for the correct laws for protection of inventions. Through efforts of the Romanian specialists there were composed some lawful clauses that have had mondial priorities. Throughs such clauses, the same important there were the importation patent and the Romanian system for the granting the invention patent with the postponed examination. This system for the granting the invention patent has been introduced in Romania for the first time in the world: for jure from 1950 and de facto in the 1953 year.
