Country's economic recovery by improving education and developing scientific research, creative activity and innovation process

Summary/Abstract: This study shows that while the tempo of science and technology and of the innovation process internationally, is in the process of developing alert, in our country since 1990, scientific research and tech‑ nological innovation are in the process continuously decreasing. The only real way to ensure economic development and create prerequisites for increasing the competitiveness of the domestic industry is to work through the application of antientropic development model based on the potential creative. The author highlights the need for reorganizing the educational system development, national, scientific research and creativity and innovation process, indicating that the innovation process can be successful only if the new knowledge is assimilated into the concrete conditions of modern companies. The European integration process in our country, it is necessary to increase the competitiveness of economic entities by increasing effectiveness, usefulness and applicability of research results development (R.D.). Finally, the study shows that for the promotion of technical progress in the innovation process to become more efficient in our country, it should be attached to the reorganization of the education system and stimulation of the RD to set up the national innovation system (concept Romanian- global priority), which ensure the necessary interaction between public and private companies (large and small), universities and government agencies in order to stimulate the schemes, national scientific and technological production.
