The Knowledge of the Technical and Scientific National Culture – a Prerequisite for Stimulating the Creative Activity

Summary/Abstract: In this paper, it is augmented how the knowledge by the conational’s of the place and of the principal leading part of the national technical scientific culture in Europe and in the world can contribute to the promote the quality of the instructive processes of the young people and could determine the develop ment of the creative spirit. In the conditions of the European political integration we tend to the construction of a new society and for this purpose it’s a necessity that for the establishing of the strategy for the development to have in view also some fac tors, that are very difficult to quantify, as for example: the cultural distinctions in the aspiration’s field, in the field of the mentali ties’, in the field of the stimulations of the scientific researchers, in the field of the development of the creativity the technical sci entific support of the a new industrialization of the country and so on. In this paper there are presented the preoccupations of the former academician Mihai Draganescu for the creation and the development of a new creative medium and with the object of the creation of a new mentality in the rows of the young people and for this purpose it’s considered a necessity to write the papers about the place and the role of our national culture in Europe and in the world, and about the development of the research field to support the development of the national technical scientific creativity. In this paper it’s also augmented the necessity of the elaboration of a new national-cultural strategy for the sustention the generation and the dissemination of the new technical sci entific values in the hole country and for the propagation the Romanian cultural values in the whole world.
