Summary/Abstract: This research examines the effect of leadership power bases that were utilized by elementary school management on organizational learning in elementary school facilities. For this research, 217 finalized surveys were attained from numerous elementary schools in the city of Denizli. During the research ANOVA, t-test, correlation and regression analyses were used so as to govern the association amongst variables. Consequently, it was determined that amidst the scopes of leadership power bases referent power (β=0.15, p<0.05), expert power (β=0.34, p<0.01) with forcible power (β=0.09, p<0.05) had noteworthy influence on organizational learning. Quite the reverse, rewarding power and legitimate power do not have substantial influences on organizational learning. The key conclusion of this research is the element that rewarding power, produced by the knowledge, skill, and experience of managers, was the utmost significant leadership power base that effected on organizational learning in elementary education systems.
