Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to analyze the minutes of Bill Clinton and Alija Izetbegovic’s meetings and talks from 1993 to 1995. Minutes previously unavailable to the public were declassified in 2015. They offer insight not only into the key topics of two Presidents' talks, but also into the tone and atmosphere of them. The analysis of these talks will try to supplement existing understanding of the Clinton-Izetbegovic encounters and the implications for the 1992−95 situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
