Perspectiva evoluţiei ştiinţei în secolul XXI
The prospect of science developments in the 21st century

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents what appears to be the perspective of the evolution of science in the XXI century. In the beginning, are presented, in a synthetic way, the main scientific problems that have remained from the XX century to be solved in next century and, also, some considerations about the development of knowledge in the conditions of continuous acceleration of tempo of accumulation the new knowledge. The paper continues with presentation of the perspective of the development of the five scientific domains (science and technology of information, genetic science, materials science, energy, environmental science and brain science) that are considered that will influence, in general, the development in the XXI century the development of the science and technology. The author ends the paper with some opinions about the rol of science in the society.
