- Summary/Abstract:Communication is the core activity of the teacher-students, students-students groups. The teaching process requires the involvement of these socio-educational actors and continuous interaction between them. While the teacher provides information, the student builds his message on the basis of the information received, which, in part, will be returned to the teacher. In the teaching process, the student should provide feedback to the teacher to demonstrate that the message has been clearly perceived and understood and that communication purpose has been reached. In turn, the teacher should provide feedback to the student to show him that he answered according to the expectations, the answer was specific and not general. In schools, students are in a permanent process of interaction, relationship with other students or teaching staff. As a result, new situations that arise through ignorance, lack of communication or an inadequate approach can lead to an installation of complex (inferiority or superiority), inhibitions etc., that hamper the development of a harmonious, balanced and assertive personality. One can overcome the internal obstacles (emotion, misperception, global approaches, stereotypes, lack of basic knowledge) through an efficient relationship in the teaching process which emphasises teacher’s permanent adaptation to a situation or context which has to be known and controlled for an efficient educational process.

- Summary/Abstract:In the Romanian school healthy eating is promoted in optional classes, counseling classes and educational projects. Therefore, it is useful to have a space for nutrition education (preventive nutrition) classes. Nutrition laboratory becomes a place where not only healthy eating is promoted, but also, through creative and fun culinary activities, it provides students the opportunity to learn about proper food preparation, food safety, servings, and correct association of food in menus. Nutrition education classes may take place in any classroom, but if the activities take place in a specially arranged and properly equipped classroom, the impact on students will be higher. Gastronomy laboratory in some technology high schools can form the basis of nutrition laboratory. The improvement consists in a proper classroom arrangement, in addition to special designed space for food preparation (kitchen). Its organization is based on the level of education (primary, secondary) and according to the proposed theme areas: basics of nutrition, food safety etc. Food questionnaires and food diaries, approved height and weight scales, 2000 CDC growth charts, dietary guidelines and food labels, kitchen scales, recipes, menus and diets, tables for recommended number of servings, tables for daily needs of fluids, calories and nutrients, tables for nutrition fact of foods, and lists of educational resources become useful tools in assessing nutritional status and in promoting healthy eating.

- Summary/Abstract:Traditional eLearning platforms are teacher centred and do not allow open and free access to education. To follow a course on a traditional platform the students must have a certain profile (knowledge background) and, at the end, they obtain new knowledge / abilities / competences. In 2011-2012 have been developed the first MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) platforms with the aim to vastly increase access to education. The MOOC platforms have some differences compared to traditional eLearning platforms: the number of students in a course can be very high (tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands), the role of the tutor is less significant, the learning assessment is based on surveys and peer assessments and courses may be enriched with multimedia and hypermedia materials. Among MOOC platforms, open edX is a very popular platform developed by a consortium of universities from USA. Due to the fact, this platform can be installed for free, it is under continuous development, scalable and well documented, it has been chosen for many educational projects. This paper presents a comparative analysis between a traditional learning platform (Moodle) and a MOOC platform (open edX) taking into consideration the data achieved in four educational projects.

- Summary/Abstract:The lack of a comprehensive research of the educational potential of art works of the Ukrainian-Canadian children’s writers preconditioned the topicality of the research. The purpose of the study is, basing on a holistic analysis of the development of the Ukrainian-Canadian educational thought in the second half of the twentieth century, to clarify its role in shaping the educational potential of the Ukrainian children’s literature in Canada. Methods of the investigation include: analysis of the domestic and foreign scientific and fiction literature on the studied problem; classification and generalization of archival sources; comparison and historical-genetic analysis of the preconditions of the origin and development of the Ukrainian educational thought and children’s literature in Canada; personalistic and biographical, thematic-ideological and socio-pedagogical analysis of literary works of the Ukrainian writers of Canada; theoretical generalization of the research results and drawing conclusions. The article deals with the activity of ULWCY (Ukrainian Literature Workers for Children and Youth). It reflects literary work of the Ukrainian-Canadian writers, in a civilized manner-elucidative activity and education of rising generations of Canadian Ukrainians. Scientific novelty of the results lies in the fact that little-known works of Ukrainian teachers and literature scholars of Canada in the second half of the twentieth century were introduced into the scientific use for the first time. The practical complement to the theoretical study was a published textbook “Pearls of creativity: Ukrainian children literature of the Ukrainians from abroad”, which contains biographies and works of the Ukrainian diaspora writers.

- Summary/Abstract:The need to transgress the borders of more or less related disciplines has emerged since the 1970s when the term ‘transdisciplinarity’ began to be used by researchers such as Jean Piaget (1972), Edgar Morin (1997) and Eric Jantsch (1972). A relevant contribution to the definition of the concept of trandisciplinarity belongs to the Romanian-French researcher Basarab Nicolescu (1999). We shall approach the concept of transdisciplinarity in relation to the didactics of the disciplines from the curricular area of Language and Communication, namely the teaching of the Romanian language (as mother tongue), and the English and French languages (as second, respectively third languages), in the Romanian pre-university educational system. Our aim is to propose a model for a transdisciplinary approach to teaching the Romanian, English and French languages so that these disciplines may become more appealing to students. The model will relate not only to the competences characteristic of each discipline, but also to the transversal competences established in compliance with the EU regulations. We shall focus on teaching-learning-evaluation methods that promote transdisciplinarity among these three disciplines.

- Summary/Abstract:One of the most important social contexts in which the meaningful emotional experiences of a child are built is family. The parent’s responses at the child’s emotions, the family’s emotional climate and the inter-parental relationships are the main factors identified by the theory and practice regarding the emotions socialization within family context (Fosco & Grycg, 2012).Direct emotions socialization is done by parents’ reactions at the children emotions. These supportive or non-supportive reactions, become transferable into the child’s emotional life who, afterwards, manifests them behavioural in relation to itself and the others, depending on the emotional impact of the situations he confronts with. The sensitive, supportive and receptive parents’ reactions to the child’s emotional experiences creates an adequate context for learning the adjustment emotional control skills and the emotional response. Although the subject of emotions socialization presents importance and is relevant in many fields of psychology, there are little studies which examined the specific negative and positive emotions socialization (e.g. fear, fury, happiness), separately by mother and father (Root & Denham, 2010). The present paper synthesizes a series of theoretical models for emotions socialization in family context and present a quantification instrument which operationalizes the mother’s respectively the father’s answers to the internalizing and externalizing emotions of the child.

- Summary/Abstract:Nutrition and food education measuresshould be applied starting from early education, in order to encourage and to sustain the adoption of healthy and sustainable diets, which will materialize in the citizens’ quality of life and society welfare. These measures should primarily be targeted at students both during the formal and informal activities. Theoretical aspects learned in the framework of the lessons in classrooms can be well integrated in practical educational approaches, based on meaningful experiences, which increases overall effectiveness.Science snacks laboratories and Cooking laboratories were proposed to the primary and secondary level students, in close cooperation with the higher education students, with the aim to: achieve practical skills; better understand what means ‘’nutrients’’ and how they influence the people life; urge them to think every day life on their dietary choices; better understand the messages of the label related to a certain food; sustain the transgenerational education and improve the communication and the networks creation among the young people; give the first information concerning the entrepreneurship in food production as viable solution for the family prosperity in economical and work satisfaction terms; to draw them near to a career in science and technique. The production of food was the response of the Needs Analysis, being a request of the students from all the six countries of the EduforHealth partnership. The young people enthusiasm and the knowledge acquired were to a great extent, encouraging the teachers to sustain the increasing of the number of practical activities in school education. The particular case of implementation in Romania is described below.

- Summary/Abstract:Education is defined as an institutional organized activity with educational finalities having three fundamental forms: formal, non-formal and informal education. Formal education is a structured activity whose explicit purpose is teaching students in a school environment. Non-formal learning is a planned activity, with learning objectives and different duration which does not follow a curriculum or lead to certification. Informal learning is defined as learning resulting from daily life activities related to work, family or leisure, not organized in terms of objectives, time and learning support, in most cases unintentional from the learner’s perspective. Communication in foreign languages also is related to key competences such as competence in foreign languages, social and civic competences and cultural awareness and expression. It is very important for learners who study a foreign language to experience real communicative situations in order to develop their language proficiency. Non-formal and informal education activities create the opportunities for the international students who learn Romanian to interact in ways that allow developing knowledge and skills. The activities organized with the international students develop in many directions- Christmas and Easter events, meetings with Romanian students, The International Student’s Day, the Scientific Conference and extra mural activities. We may affirm that these types of educational activities play an important role in the learning of Romanian language by the students in the Preparatory year. Despite certain disadvantages, they help to develop social relationships, to improve cross-cultural and language skills and contribute to personal fulfillment and future social inclusion in the Romanian society.

- Summary/Abstract:From the human rights perspective, the problem of educational and social integration at students with any type of deficiency is considered essential for the promotion in the entire educational system, in school, in lesson, of democratic principle of equality of chances. Therefore, educational integration of students with mental disabilities becomes one of the most actual psycho-pedagogical and social problems being in the specialists’ objectives. That’s why, for the success of school participation it is important the family commitment and responsibility in children’s education, especially at students with mental disabilities, where the parents’ degree of interest and collaboration with school is the most often directly proportional with the school results obtained by their children. In order to communicate and collaborate efficiently, students and parents base themselves on some elements: respect (mutual), which can be often modelled by the teaching staff; it is important to start from the premises that parents are the most important teachers in their child’s life; impartial attitude, that solicits positive thinking and open to families, avoidance of evaluative and disapproving judgements; empathy towards parent attitude, can be easily observed by this one by opening to dialogue and sincere, sensitive communication. The purpose of the research is constituted by the scientific assessment of families’ involvement in amelioration of education of students with mental disabilities, and the methodology of scientific research is determined by the object specificity and research purpose: scientific documentation, official documents analysis; comparison, observation, data collection.

- Summary/Abstract:The European reports indicated lately a decrease of professionalism of teachers, but in the same time the key role of this professional category is emphasized. High quality of education services depends on the quality of teachers’ practices. This quality depends on the personal life of teacher too. The topic of teachers` wellbeing is less explored on Romanian population and in the same time is less seen as an important one by the people in charge; that is why we consider to pursue a study in order to bring out to public attention the need of nurturing teachers, as well. The present study figures out a general image of Romanian teachers’ wellbeing, taking into account factors which could influence it, and which could counteract the burnout. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the engagement, life satisfaction and wellbeing of Romanian teachers. The study also intends to find out the level of burnout experienced by Romanian teachers and thus to identify coping mechanisms. The hypothesis of engagement and emotional intelligence as moderator variables between burnout and wellbeing was tested. The basic framework for the study look at evidence relating to some elements that have been considered to be influences on wellbeing: gender, environment, experience, professional expertise, personal status, emotional intelligence, engagement, life satisfaction. The cross-sectional study involved 385 Romanian teachers. The instruments used were scales and questionnaires for measuring engagement, emotional intelligence (The Schutte Self Report Emotional Intelligence Test), burnout (Maslach Scale) and wellbeing (The Ryff Scales of Psychological Well-Being).The results draw implications for intervention of promoting teachers` wellbeing.

- Summary/Abstract:The spouses’ congruence regarding perceptions about the disease was usually analyzed in the context of intimate partner physical illness and the results showed that couple’s congruence of disease perception positively correlated with patients’ quality of life, adjustment to illness, and relationship satisfaction. In the same time, some studies consider that a strong perception on the child’s illness causes psychological distress. The study aims to test whether couple’ congruence regarding child’s illness perception has an influence on the quality of marital relationship, operationalized by couple satisfaction, parental stress, dyadic coping and resilience family. This research involved 106 parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) (53 of maried couples). The results show a significant effect of couple’ congruence of child’s illness perceptions on marital satisfaction F (2.103) = 3.61, p = .03, parental stress F (2.103) = 17.89, p <.001, dyadic coping F (2.103) = 9.23, p <.001 and family resilience, F (2.103) = 10.43, p <.001.The results indicate a decreasing trend of marital satisfaction, family resilience and dyadic coping and an increasing trend of parenting stress when the couple congruence of illness perception grows. Our results are discussed in the context of their relevance for the therapy of families with children who suffer from Autism Spectrum Disorders.

- Summary/Abstract:Even the Responsible Research and Innovation (hereafter RRI) concept is not yet clarified at the scientific literature level, it is more and more frequency used, being promoted in the European Union policies (Owen et al, 2012) and programs in Science and beyond (Owen et al, 2013). At the educational level, RRI refers mainly to the idea that the future EU citizens have to possess the necessary skills to manage complex issues related to emerging technologies, and more, they are sufficiently informed about how science works. In the context of achieving of those educational goals, European Union funded – since 2014 – a big number of European projects, in order to bring closer research and innovation results to the large public. The FP7 ENGAGE Project (Equipping the Next Generation for Active Engagement in Science Equipping the Next Generation) is one of those approved projects that started in January 2014 and lasts till March 2017.This paper emphasizes our findings concerning the teachers’ reflections about challenges and prospects related to implementation of RRI specific aspects in Science lessons, collected at the end of the 1st edition of the on-line course entitled “Methods of promoting RRI dimensions in Science Education”. This course was organized in an on-line format, through the edX environment, by Valahia University of Targoviste, in November-December 2015.

- Summary/Abstract:The paper entitled “I.P.Podlasii’s contributions to the reconstruction of pedagogic normativity” highlights the contribution of the contemporary educator of the eastern area, I.P.Podlasii in demonstrating the scientificity of pedagogy. I.P.Podlasii is one of the few contemporary educators who noticed the need to address the issue of normativity, not by starting from the didactic principles but from the axioms of pedagogy. The axioms of pedagogy, fundamental truths which no longer need to be proven, are epistemological guidelines for the construction of the scientific knowledge system. The model of pedagogical normativity suggested by I.P.Podlasii, adaptable to the paradigm of the curriculum, includes: the axioms of pedagogy, the regularities of pedagogy, specific laws, concrete laws, principles of pedagogy, pedagogic rules which have an operational nature. I.P.Podlasii suggests the promotion and application of a three-step axiomatic method which creates the necessary context for the affirmation of a system of pedagogical axioms. It refers to systematising the basic concepts, stabilised at the level of the basic matrix of pedagogy. The second step consists in correlating the basic concepts and the third step in concentrated organisation of the theories of the field through formula, symbols. The contributions of the mentioned educator are remarkable. given that they are not reduced to the didactic principles, but create a coherent system. The scientific novelty and originality arises from its specificity, hermeneutic research of a theoretical type, which focuses on identifying the epistemic structures of pedagogy.

Both in the training of the adults and in the domain of training the faculty/teaching staff enters an important key – the trainer and the trainer of trainers. In the european sector of continuous education and adults, it experiences even more the need of standard terms of reference, a professional standard, adapted at an european scale, which will base the occupying profile and the qualifications of the trainer and trainer of trainers. It is about an unitary exemple, which will determine, in the last analsys, the professionalisation of the trainer in education. The tendency these days is to professionalise the two occupations, to state in accordance to a valid, operational and actual legislation. The problem identified in the borders of the current endeavour focuses, therefore, on the process of professionalisation of the trainer and the trainer of trainers in education.

- Summary/Abstract:This study proposes an analysis of the conceptual framework to be fastened to the environmental issues reflected psychologically. The valued concepts are “ecological literacy”, “ecological identity”, “environmental activism”, and “environmental education”. Simmons (1998) defines ecological literacy as the ability to process information in order to make everyday decisions based on experiences in the real world that surrounds us. An environmentally literate person can discuss environmental issues and actively harness the skills to improve his environment. Educating people in order for them to become ecologically literate means preparing them to become “global citizens” with two concerns: analysis of the world around them and engaging in making decisions about the actions taken by their societies (Mac, 2003).Delimitation of the literature reveals three levels of ecological literacy (Roth, 1992): (1) the nominal level – basic knowledge of how natural systems operate and their interaction with humans; (2) functional level – awareness, concern and the ability to analyze information; (3) the operational level – active behavior for environmental purposes, both individual and collective, locally and globally. Developing values, conceptualized as guiding principles important in a person’s life (Rokeach, 1973; Schwartz, 1992) is primarily a process of socialization (UNESCO, 1985), with significant implications in the formation of an ecological identity from an institutionalized education perspective (formal and non-formal).Pedagogical approach to the concept of “ecological literacy” is an essential direction in the development of the ecological activism of pedagogical training, treated from the perspective of curriculum paradigm.

- Summary/Abstract:Since Pedagogy adopted the holistic as a its new paradigm, in the educational policies of the many states it has happened the different modifications and/or reformulation for most curriculum at any level of the national education systems. All these new things have many implications at the teachers’ level, and also at the students’ level. Unfortunately, at the university level, the expected changes derived from the new pedagogy’s paradigm did not happened, and also in the formation plans for the teachers. In this context, for example, a primary school teacher is now put in the difficult for him and for his students in the frame of a new disciplines, like “Mathematics and environmental exploration”. More, the handbooks for these new discipline have not any links with the spirit, philosophy and the scientific knowledge of this discipline. Of course, at the management level of the Romanian educational system, we find some momentary solutions for these situations: it is supposed that the primary school teacher can cope to these their real situations through participation at the short training courses of the differently institutions or/and organizations which have the education minister allowed. The aim of our paper is to present a possible holistic approach of some example of didactic situations for the discipline of mathematics and environmental exploration, which should be considered by the research of the educational domain

- Keywords:Play; learning; didactic play; role play
- Summary/Abstract:The play facilitates the understanding, assignation, and strengthening of the learning outcomes, influences the development and maturity of personality, allowing the elaboration of more and more balanced cognitive structures and contributes to intellectual development. Didactic strategies of learning through play, which, without well-grounded reasons are considered to be less necessary along with ageing, are essentially euristic strategies ensuring an active learning as they situate the pupil in the centre of the learning activities. Having a direct contact with reality, looking for solutions, experiencing, making mistakes, etc., the child learns to build a reality he understands and he can use in very diverse situations. For the child, the play is not superficial and trifling, but, on the contrary, is a chance for learning. In play, the child finds himself as a protagonist of learning and not a simple receiver of information. Through its characteristics (the need for performance, risk, uncertainty, symbolism, intrinsic motivation, etc.) the didactic play as well as the role play claims a full deployment of all pupils’ psychical resources, ensuring a creative participation, elaborating its own cognition strategies, stimulating the initiative, capturing interest, involving emotion and attitude. The play offers the pupil the possibility to learn in a personal rhythm, to understand the surrounding reality to the best of is abilities. Learning through play is a constructivist learning in which pupils/children become active participants in building their own cognizance, improve their research and organizational abilities and communicate their personal ideas and affective condition.

The stages must be crossed in succession, as each of them is based on previously developed reasoning. Development of moral reasoning differs from person to person and it is not always supporting a moral behavior. In the investigation of the level of internalization of moral rules and norms by adolescents were considered as variables the chronological age, intellectual level, gender, residence and personality traits and were used as methods: Personality Questionnaire HSPQ -14 PF – (to identify the personality factors), Raven Progressive Matrices (for setting QI) and a situational questionnaire developed by us in witch we identified manifestations of moral character among adolescents at this specific age of their life. The analysis of moral behavior had the morality of obedience and submission guidelines, good relations morality, public order and morality duty and contractual morality (civic engagement). The research results reveal correlations that might exist between chronological age phenomenon of moral and intellectual level, sex, residence and certain personality factors. Our research concluded the fact that at the adolescents the level of moral reasoning is higher than that of moral behavior, in the meaning that even knows how it should proceed teen act differently, being influenced by emotions, personality traits, socio – cultural behaviors earlier etc.

- Summary/Abstract:The concept of collaborative learning, as well as the cooperative learning one, is quite commonly invoked in the educational policy documents of the last decades. The collaborative learning is regarded as an operating principle of modern education and training, based on the idea of democratization of education, and also on its anchoring in the social or community issues. The school and the classroom represent a learning environment where the child socializes, as a result of developing various types of relations: inter-knowing, inter-communication, collaboration, influence etc. On the other hand, from the praxeological perspective, the collaborative learning is seen as an interactive strategy, a participatory one that promotes teamwork, roles assuming, constructive exchange of ideas and personal involvement, in relation to each personality when developing a joint product. In the present study, we aim to express the advantages of the collaborative learning in Science lessons (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), concomitant with the identification of its limits. The analysis was performed in the frame of the FP7 project entitled: “IRRESISTIBLE – Including Responsible Research and Innovation in Cutting Edge Science and Inquiry-based Science Education to Improve Teacher’s Learning Ability of Bridging Environments”, on a sample of 30 students from lower and upper secondary levels, based on a questionnaire survey. The students’ feedback correlated with data derived from teachers’ observations revealed that the collaborative learning represents a favorable context for engaging students in the development of their own knowledge, in order to achieve sustainable acquisitions and increase their motivation and interest for Science.

- Summary/Abstract:This study proposes a historic foray into the field of social pedagogy. It analyses origins, phases and the conceptual development of this area, based on the cultural model of modern society. Although social pedagogy has different emphases and approaches depending on particular historical and geographical contexts, a common theme is that it deals with the connections between educational and social dynamics, or to put it differently concern the educational dimension of social issues and the social dimensions of educational issues. Historical research methodology will be based on the principle of synchronism and diachronism social and human sciences in their own context- generally, pedagogical sciences- in particular. The historical approach to social pedagogy creates epistemological preconditions for identifying the axiomatic framework of Education Sciences, developed in the perspective of the sociocentrist paradigm. Updating and valorisation of fundamental pedagogical works and models in the history of education can help us to understand the current issues of education, in terms of the challenges of the knowledge society in a didactic, theoretical and operational perspective. The first part of this study analyzes the history of the field of social pedagogy since its german origins with a focus on two great tendencies: the kantian tradition (Paul Natorp) and the historicist-hermeneutics tradition (Herman Nöhl). The second part of the paper reviews the conceptual framework at the level of some opened epistemic models in the area of social pedagogy (axioms, laws, principles ) as aspects of the process of understanding the essence of the phenomenon of education.

- Summary/Abstract:Early education has been world widely accepted as a strategic formative intervention for the last decades. Development of the required multidimensional action complex is founded on a determinative framework which is most frequently centred on people needs (subtlety emphasised by humanities) and observation of the rights of each and every person (displayed mostly within international legal framework). Early education requires a whole range of interrogations and corresponding solutions which need a cognitive thorough study by several professional categories. This study explains acceptations of the syntagm early education and synthesises arguments – which for the generated themes in connection to it, would claim assignment of a substantial study area within the university curriculum (Bachelor’s degrees, Master’s degree, PhD Programmes and lifelong learning) of the faculties of educational sciences (and their concerned specialisations) in Romania. Arguments pro curricular enrichment that we keep on evoking comprises two relevant aspects: reconsideration of the early education by some international bodies and world states and application of some measures for significantly qualitative assertion and development of early education in Romania of the last decades.

- Summary/Abstract:School readiness is understood as a process of directed development of knowledge and skills that will allow a quick and easy adjustment of children to the new requirements of Grade 1. Traditionally, preparedness for school is associated with academic performance and acquisition. Most practitioners consider cognitive ability as a core element of academic success. This is described as a set of mental abilities and aptitudes that associates unidirectionally with academic acquisitions. The use of a differentiated psycho-diagnosis methodology during schooling allows us to evaluate the general level of the child’s psycho-social development and the possibility to make some predictions about his academic performances as well as to carry out specific psycho-educational interventions. The primary aim of this research was to examine the role of learning styles and learning strategies in the relationship between cognitive ability and academic performance in primary schooling. We consider that through this approach on the factors which influence academic performance-learning style and cognitive abilities, the present study may constitute a reference point for practitioners in education to help them design adequate instructional strategies which would meet pupils needs and choices in acquiring specific competences.

- Summary/Abstract:„What is the optimal beginning age of schooling?” is a question that has been often heard from the specialists or from other persons interested in the field. The beginning of the schooling period at 6 years is supported frequently by political or comparative arguments (with those of other educational systems). A frequent criterion used for the beginning of schooling period is represented by the chronological age (6 years) and is based on the hypothesis according to which the development of the 6 year child’s psycho-socio-emotional level allows him to adapt to the educational environment with all its implications and to the activity of school learning. School readiness is the term used on a large scale to define school competence but there is no consensus on the level of defining the child preparedness for school and the best way to acquire this competence. Most approaches refer to the child’s ability to learn and adapt to the school requirements efficiently. The present study synthetizes the main prerequisites of a successful adaptation to schooling: school maturity and play as a fundamental activity during early years.nt aspects of the paper. The beginning of schooling represents an important stage of our evolution, a transition from a well-known secure environment- the kindergarten environment to new, challenging one- the school environment; from the specific activity of play where the world is dominated by and answers to our own wishes, where the voluntary effort is supported by the activity of play to the specific activity of learning, by which we can dominate the word while this domination does not always responds to our own needs and desires, where voluntary effort must be supported by us even if it is not challenging.
