Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present objective casual relationship of criminal liability in criminal law by omission related to the sea. It is presented in three stages. First is qualifying the person as the guarantor of the non-replacement of the effect. Second is updating the perpetrator's obligation as guarantor. Third is failure to perform the perpetrator's obligation as guarantor. All analysis will be ilustrated with examples from the practice of these cases.
