Summary/Abstract: The article emphasizes the significant impact of reflective dialogue on the personaland professional development of students, which consists of the opportunity to know oneself better, toexplore one's own thoughts, emotions, values, and attitudes towards learning and personal growth, togain a deeper understanding of one's own competencies, interests, and needs, as well as how they caninfluence the learning process. The author provides examples of specific questions in reflective dialoguethat have proven to be useful in encouraging students to take responsibility for their own learning anddevelopment, to reflect on their experiences, progress, and challenges in order to become aware ofthe importance of active engagement and personal commitment in the learning process.
