Summary/Abstract: Interaction and communication are elements that are parts of everyone's daily experience, therefore, promoting cooperation in school leads to a better individual social adaptation. The classical communication is turned into a multidirectional and polyfunctional one, it becomes an important educational objective, considering that the student is the result of the social interaction.Current society requires that students should be educated one for each other, not one against the other, so that they should find solutions collaborating, not competing. In the educational process, collaboration and competition shouldn't be seen as opposite items, but they should interfere, so that students experience the advantages of each of them.
