Validation of non-formal and informal learning is very important task for all European countries. This article presents an overview of the situation regarding validation in Bulgaria. After describing the validation regulations in Bulgaria it explains the main differences between validation steps in Bulgaria and Germany and presents some selected statistics on the structure of unemployment. Finally, the question of the quality of counselling by specially trained specialists with higher education is raised.

The need for functional and stylistic approach in Bulgarian language training is determined by the implementation of a comprehensive program for practical mastery of the characteristics of different language styles skills for most purposeful selection of means of expression. Therefore, the functional style is only part of the language. It examines linguistic means, sign language in different spheres of human activity. The correctness of speech is essential, but not only important condition for the quality of speech. The selection of the means of expression in the flow of speech is carried out in a practical way mostly by the functional differentiation.

The estrangement of young generation from nature and spending a lot of time with computers and television does not help them to understand the complexity of questions concerning environmental protection and make it incapable to take part in their solution.Passive verbal interaction in the classroom makes this situation worse. There are students who do not have motivation to study, show low academic results, turns them in early school leavers.All that motivated me to direct my attention to a change of teaching practice for improvement of ecological literacy and students’ responsibility, hoping that the use of interactive educational methods can change their global thinking.The observations and the reported results show that appropriate methods in “Biology and Health Education” in 7th grade are presentations, intellectual cards, case studies, role plays, brainstorming, group work. They are only a few of the methods, which can be successfully applied to the curriculum in 7th grade in “Biology and Health Education”. These methods increase the interest, the activity, the communication, the quality of the acquired knowledge and skills of students and give the opportunity to be applied in real life.

ЕПОСЪТ ЗА ДИГЕНИС АКРИТАС: ПРЕСЕЧНИ ТОЧКИ МЕЖДУ ВИЗАНТИЯ И АРАБИТЕ.

Cultural exchange between Byzantium and the Arabs can be traced in literature, science and arts during periods of peaceful co-existence, constituting evidence of a shared spiritual topos for Byzantines and Arabs. Although the Arab Caliphate repeatedly attacked the Byzantine Empire, often conquering territory, there was also peaceful interaction between the two polities, mainly trade and cultural exchange. This paper sheds light through the folk epic of Digenis Akritas on a syncretic identity forged during the early years of Islam and the Caliphate, their spread across the Arabian Peninsula and around the Mediterranean and the sieges of Constantinople and Thessaloniki (904 CE), in the context of their conflict and contiguousness with Byzantium. Neighbouring the Islamic world is reflected in the tradition of Akrites (populations with special status living in the easterly border areas of Asia Minor), protecting the Byzantine Empire against raids by Muslim Arabs and later Seljuk Turks. The Byzantine epic about the hero Digenis Akritas celebrated in folk ballads (Akritic ballads) is based on historical events. The original long epic, combining Greek, Byzantine, and Asian motifs, originated in the 10th century and was further developed during the 12th century. It was recorded in several versions between the 12th and 17th centuries, the oldest blending popular and literary language.

Bulgaria among other countries in the European Union faces the challenges of immigrant integration in society, which is an important, complex and delicate task. Numerous institutions in the country set primarily educational and cultural purposes related to the promotion of the history, language and traditions of the Bulgarians.The paper considers the linguistic and cultural adaptation of migrants, who participate in language courses and cultural integration under international projects and programs. An important factor is the communicative ethnic setting and cultural events of presentation of books, movies, exhibitions, etc. The successful integration and adaptation is a process that develops and implements locally. One of the effective tools of legal migration and accelerated adaptation and integration into the host society is the promotion of immigrants to the study of the Bulgarian language and to the learning about the cultural traditions of the people and about the norms of behavior accepted in Bulgarian society.National educational and cultural policies on migration and integration of migrants are constantly changing, in accordance with the human rights and cultural values.

FEMINIST RHETORIC IN BARACK OBAMA AND HILLARY CLINTON’S DISCOURSE

November 8, 2016, marked the beginning of a new era in the American political setting. The Obama era was known as a period of great opening, minority-friendly approach and liberal vision. Of the two candidates that were running for office in 2016, Hillary Clinton seemed to have the most similar approach to the now former president of the USA, Barack Obama;Clinton was framed as the de facto carrier and enforcer of Obama’s legacy. Feminist approaches are not gender-determined; Obama himself has made a mark as a feminist leader. Clinton ran for the highest office as a pioneer of women’s representation in politics. The aim of this paper is to discover the similarities between Obama’s discursive style and Hillary’s approach. Through critical discourse analysis, we launch this research in order to emphasize gender negotiations, in terms of both content and style.

The text conceptualises the methodical projection as a fundamental activity, aimed at organising an effective learning process. It presents a project for studying ancient Greek poetry, as well as the poem “Love” by Sappho studied in 8th grade. Its rationales are multi-dimensional: the Literature standard and the curriculum for grade 8th; the cognisance that the traditional view of knowledge is that it is something that can be pre-prepared and given to the student – a passive receiver of knowledge; the constructivist idea about the social construction of knowledge in a dialogic learning environment, where the learners are ‘subjects’ and they are equals; the concept for reading literacy and literary competence; as well as the activities that develop them.

The article suggests a model of developing learning in a mixed class from fifth to seventh grade according to syllabus in order to develop communicative competence related to fifth graders an answer to a vital question: seventh graders an article on free topic. The model in practices that save an educational time (tasks with mutual solving of problems from two aging groups, tasks for related control about the fulfilment of the tasks, etc.) The article represents the need of realisation of the model of the lesson in Bulgarian as a communicative model as well as interaction-an appropriate pedagogic interaction. Structural logic of the suggested lesson-preparation of creating students’ texts (an answer to a vital question, an interpretation on free topic) is represented in the context in the reality in mixed class.

The educational aids of literary classics are a specific publishing product with its own vision, history and typological features, distinguishing it from other related to them study books. A socially significant publishing segment, which receives more attention from the state. Publications with an institutional character, complex in their terms of design, structure, composition and function. Interesting and distinctive publishing products that do not fit into traditional typology schemes, that rank among the leaders in the publishing industry by number of titles and drawings and occupy one of the main places in the securing of the modern literature education. This allows us to talk about them as an independent publishing niche with an important role in raising the level of literary culture and education in society.In the present text we will try to reveal the multidimensional content of an almost unexplained publishing phenomenon in our country. It should be noted that, despite their long-standing historical presence and their important place in the publishing practice and the book market, educational aids of literary classics have not been a subject of a complete typological, historical-cultural and publishing analysis. In the text here we prove the essence and uniqueness of the educational aids of literary classics and classify them as: a type of study book which complements and expands the textbook and is in line with the study program. A publication that aims to cover everything from Bulgarian and foreign literature, which is studied in the secondary school. An auxiliary publishing product from which it is expected to create an opportunity for enhancing student’s literary education. A specific publishing product, independent within the publishing tradition and practice. Hybrid type, distinguished by its own approach by structuring the text and selecting paratexts. Publications that have become a particular segment in both academic and literary book publishing. Successful publishing projects that we consider to be an independent publishing phenomenon with an important role in the literary education.

In conclusion, it is proposed to include these verbs in a single classification scheme of the verb flexion types.

Education as a socioforming factor has a key role in this adaptation. The theory of social education is used in connection with social networks in university’s programs. According to us, future education will be more for communication and interactivity and not so much a one-way process of teaching and consuming information.
