The article views the different way that Russell understands the point of attitude in 1903 in Principles of Mathematics and 1913 in the unpublished handwriting Theory of knowledge. Around 1903, the philosopher thinks that aRb and bR’a are two separate propositions, between which there is a visible difference in the meaning. In 1913 he denies his earlier point about the points being two. Russell does not hesitate to declare that the aRb is a single fact and it doesn’t matter if we’ll present it from a to b or from b to a, it’s just a language matter. The goal of the text is to express the motives and influences that provoke the british philosopher to give different answers in both of his texts and the consequences to which those answers lead. My purpose is to lighten the problems that Russell’s philosophical logic generates where most important are the ones about logical form, the conclusion and the affirmation.

This study focuses on the need to analyze and rethink the educational resources оf sports training in sports clubs in our country. In the context of the new realities of life in contemporary Bulgarian society, priority is given to the preventive aspects of education. It promotes and stimulates the development of self-awareness, self-regulation and self-control of adolescents. The present work reaffirms the idea that preventive aspects of upbringing are the most important part of the overall system of prevention of destruction.The focus of the present study is on the theorizing of the specifics of the preventive aspects of the educational activities in the sports clubs. Also, on the support and stimulation of the active way of life of children and adolescents and their orientation towards systemic sports activities in leisure time. Sports educate personal qualities such as organization, autonomy, self-control, patience, determination, persistence, initiative, etc. These qualities help children successfully cope with their life tasks and overcome constructively the difficulties and personal problems in everyday life.

This article presents a contemporary study on the use of expressive forms in the language activities undertaken by university students in pedagogy with pre-school children. The results of the project implemented at one of the Sofia University’s partner nursery schools in the city of Sofia, verify that usage of expressive language forms supports and facilitates second language acquisition of children in addition to establishing a positive emotional environment for communication. Further research on a national and international level is needed for the verification of the association between the language achievements of the children and the literary forms used in the language education.

The following text presents the concept of “critical methodology”, the relationship between critical reflection on literature, critical approaches, critical action and critical teaching capabilities. The relations between common cultural accumulations and qualitative characteristics of the discipline are interpreted; the changes in the paradigm of knowledge; the new parameters of methodological theory and its working projections in practice, in the context of the cognitive capabilities of students as post-millennium generation (Z-Generation) readers. Critical methodology is supported by the anthropology of abillities, accepts the postulates on the discursive human nature, which is capable of action and change, and recognizes dialogue and forgiveness as a creative engagement towards the Other.

С езика на числата за равнището на текстова компетентност на учениците от прогимназиален етап

The article presents the result of three experimental years. Number indicators are shown in order to measure at the beginning and at the end of the experiment the level of textual competence of one hundred and thirteen students in two secondary schools in the town of Shumen. The level of textual competency is divided into two groups: the first one-receptive skills of the students (defined as the ability of understanding the text and analyzing it) and the second one-productive skills (creating and retelling a composition). According to number results are suggested methodical decisions (exercises, lessons, two types of algorithms-one for analyzing a text and second for editing textual mistakes) all for bettering the level of textual competency of the students in secondary schools in understanding parts of speech as cohesive devices in a text.

Interactive Game Development to Assist Cultural Heritage

Serious educational games provide a novel way to transfer knowledge on cultural heritage, which can especially attract young people by using interactive multimedia technology. The paper presents a new flexible tool for developing, managing and presenting games. This server-based solution can facilitate the game development by applying game templates, layout styles and question pools. It also supports the development of game packages for multiple languages and multiple platforms (Web and mobile). The games can easily be customised for various learning domains. Complex games can be composed from several so-called minigames (e.g. puzzle, multiple choice, memory game, crossword etc.) and the tool also supports the evaluation of the user answers and organising competitions. The games were applied to deepen knowledge on various topics related to our cultural heritage. The latest game development is represented by the serious educational game “The Thracians” running in a virtual 360º panorama environment, which presents the life, beliefs and traditions of the ancient tribes.

Етноцентризмът и инерциите от миналото – сериозни проблеми в българската образователна система (етнопедагогически аспекти на основното и средното образование)

In this article, the author presents some problematic areas of the Bulgarian educational system related to ethnocentrism and unforgettable inertia from the near and farther past. The author’s opinion is supported by materials from field ethnographic researches and some publications dealing with the issue under consideration. Ethnocentrism is represented in its negative side in some history lessons and also in the literature that do not take into account the feelings of Bulgarian citizens of Turkish ethnic origin and Muslim religious background. As a weakness of our educational system, the practical absence of materials referring to the history and culture of the minority communities in Bulgaria is mentioned. The text also shows that this is a weakness of the educational systems of European countries at all, which in turn hampers the integration of minority communities into societies of state-building European nations. As an opposition to ethnocentrism, the educational practice in Latin America has been mentioned, where racial, ethnic and religious harmony has been achieved through the study of community history and culture.

The history of the European continent is strongly influenced by migratory processes. Nevertheless, the present attitudes towards recent migration processes are quite negative – 56% of European citizens of all Member States do not want third countries migrants in Europe. Bulgarians are even more categorical – 77% of their opinions are negative, favorable opinions are only 15%.Whether we will judge refugees and other people with migrant background as dangerous and unnecessary or will mobilize efforts to integrate them is a matter of both the present and the future of Europe.Obstacles and challenges for the successful integration of people with migrant background in Europe could be found in different areas and dimentions. This article analyzes the situation and presents the opportunities offered by EU in the area of migrants’ education and preparation for the adequate participation in the labour market.

Inclusive education in Bulgaria is trying to make its way as part of the government politics backed with the relevant normative documents for the last twenty years. Although the topic is not novel, it is still actual, significant and discussable. The transition from integration into inclusion is already a fact at the normative base and is still being slowly established in human consciousness and in the practice of kindergartens and schools. The full understanding and real accomplishment of inclusive practice is a process which should be supported by the professional psychological society. Bulgarian psychologists still unsurely walk forward, participate and impose their competence in the scope of inclusive education. The psychologists’ roles are many-handed and complicated. The report conceptualizes and discusses the main activities, roles and competences which the psychologists should own, participating into the process of inclusive education.

The ways of integration of children with hearing impairment in mainstream schools are the object of discussion in this article. The main thesis advocated in the content is the importance of adequate needs assessment of hearing-impaired children, the application of an individual approach in education that is oriented not only to children with hearing impairment but also to all children with SEN, as well and to all students in the class. The theory of multiple intelligence offers a solid argument in this direction regarding registering the learning style for each child and his/her inclusion in structured group activities that also stimulate social integration.

This paper attempts to put forward some problems of teaching in relation to cross-cultural communication. The introduction of cross-cultural issues in teaching is a logical consequence of the integrative tendencies which are getting more and more popular. The new circumstances require a different attitude towards the learners. They should be viewed as subjects of their own culture on the one hand, and as representatives of the foreign culture through the culture studied, on the other hand, the problem is discussed in terms of its cognitive, emotional and pragmatic dimensions.

Acquisition and improvement of communicative speech competence is a fundamental objective not only for Bulgarian language training, but also for the primary education. In the context of communicative orientation of the Bulgarian language training is also the integration of information technologies. This paper presents the possibilities of the educational software “Santa Pulls Turnip”, "Wheat Bread“ and "Talks about Hitar Petar“ for using communication exercises in teaching Bulgarian language and literature in 1.- 4. grade. Students work in common environment and use same text resources for linguistic analysis, editing, reproducing and percepting of text.
